I have Phlox Pro Theme v.5.7.6 installed on my Word Press website. On the WP dashboard page the plugin indicates that updates are available for Phlox Pro and Phlox Pro Tools plugins. When I click on the Install Plugins button the update starts but it encounters an error. I get this error message “Unsuccessful download. Invalid URL has been entered.”
Has anyone encountered this error? If so what are my options to fix it?

When I reactivate Phlox Pro Tools, it is impossible to access the list of Elementor blocks on the left, the banner remains grayed and inaccessible.

Can I enable the automatic updates. for your theme and included plugins? even the ones from other vendors?
Hi. The updates for the premium bundled plugins are handled through Phlox dashboard. The automatic update from WordPress does not work in this case. So we do have auto update in Phlox dashboard which we recommend using that

This is the kind of problem that we need to investigate from your website. In most cases there a server configuration that is limiting the demo importer. Please submit a ticket at our help center for this.

Hi. Apparently you did not update your theme and plugins for a very long time. The only thing that can casue a problem in this situation is inconsistency between the theme and the plugins version. You need to make sure that you are updating your theme as well. Please submit a ticket at our help center for further assistance.

Hi, the newest 2 updates are breaking my website – the file ‘recent-posts-grid-carousel.php’ breaks the site and when renamed all works again.
It is the plugin ‘Phlox Core Elements’ Version 2.9.20 that fails, but if you rename that file in your hosting server it all works again even when that plugin is enabled.
Hi. We have released an update that fixes the problem. Please please note that the main reason of this problem is that your PHP server is lower that 7.4 which is the minimal recommended by the WordPress. Anyway, please update he theme and plugins and your good to go.

It does show the product attributes. If your product is a Simple product then the attributes are shown in the Additional Information Tab. If you want to have the attribute as an option, then you need to change the product to Variable Product. If you need any other assistance, please contact us at our help center.

Is there any way to change the order of the products before and after within each product page?
Hi team. I want to check if I have to implement some code to get running the sticky header features from Elementor Pro + Motion effects or plugins like Sticky Header Elementor Effects. Using Pholx theme, features like effects offset (Elementor Pro) shrink logo, shrink header, change colour (S.H.E.F.) , or scale down (Elementor Pro), are not working at all. I’ve tried to activate/deactivate the sticky header option from Appearance/Header, but is not working using Phlox theme. Any guidance will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Regards.
Theme is very nice , we are happy to working with . I have only one comment and suggestion – why there are no place where can be seen all design Elements ca be used. We need to open templates by template to seek them , will be perfect if we can see Checklists , Content Boxes , FAQ Element , Menu Element … etc
By the way we are glad you like the Theme, and please note that we are making this better and better
