Hello, very pleased, with the installation of the template I have no problem, I made the updates and everything was perfect, but when making any change in the edition mode of any Homepage, a window opens with the following warning: An error occurs: “Please refresh the page to try again. If the problem still persists, please contact administrator for this.”

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Hello, thank you very much for answering, I have tried everything you mention, I have tried it in different browsers cleaning the cache.
Leave only the basic plugins for the template to work.
I also have the latest version of your Travel Tour template and wordpress 6.
Later I have tried again to make a modification in the “homepage” from the administrator and the same thing happens as before, when saving in the “save PB” button it shows me the window with the error that I mentioned before: “Please refresh the page to try again. If the problem still persists, please contact administrator for this”.
After trying this several times, I always get the following error in the browser: “You do not have permission to access this resource. The server cannot read the htaccess file, deny access to be sure”
I have also tried different versions of PHP in server (even the latest version), to see if that was the problem.
What does not allow me to even enter wordpress, I can only do it via “ftp”, and I have to wait around 30 minutes for access to be publicly allowed again.
Another drawback is that I cannot do any test on a version installed on my “localhost” to identify the problem, since the template has a unique purchase code.
If you like, I can send the WordPress passwords so that you can verify the error yourself, obviously not publicly.

Hi I just update the theme to the new version, but there is a bug in the box to make the reservation in the desktop version. When you open the dropdown to select the package, it closes and does not allow you to make the selection. This error only occurs in the desktop version, in the mobile version it works correctly.

Hi there, We recently have some complains from our customers and would like to check with you to see if there is a bug in the system or it’s something with our server provider. Incidents:
1. Customer no receiving a booking confirmation after successfully made the payment
2. Admin did not receive booking confirmation email after successfully made the payment
Both are set currently in Tourmaster, we and customer usually get the email. But these two incidents happened recently and both ended up for a refund due to the reason that email was not sent out from the system(we checked everywhere and made sure that it didn’t run into spam).
Could you please advice what could be the cause of these incident? is it a server issue or a bug in the code?

For the loco plugin, we’re using the translate method to apply the new EN text to override the default EN text in the pot file, so as long as the translated file is available, it still works for you even the plugin deactivate/delete.
For you need to go to: wp-content/plugins/tourmaster/include/tour-option.php file to change it directly.
