Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Thank for taking an interest! Our Leitmotif theme is built with and comes bundled with WPBakery plugin which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo website. It is not Elementor supported unfortunately, we do have many other themes that are Elementor built though.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme.
1. There are multiple ways to add videos. They can be added as section background or as Slider background since Slider Revolution allow using video backgrounds. It can also be added through multiple shortcodes displayed in the demo.
2. Portfolio lists or single portfolio pages allow adding both videos and images. You can check some of the portfolio lists and single portfolio pages in the “Portfolio” dropdown menu.
3. Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your need.
4. The theme is compatible with WooCommerce.
5. This is the “Interactive Scroll” portfolio list. We are not sure why it is displaying differently, however, we have reported this to our dev team and it should be corrected soon.

7. Unfortunately no, the shortcode has an option only to set the image (please see screenshot).

1. This is a portfolio list and it will display portfolio singles from selected taxonomy (please see screenshot) and it should link to the portfolio single pages. Unfortunately, there is no options to add a play button on the images.
2. Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. Please understand that different themes have different features.
3. Yes, you can set standard header type for this page too (see screenshot)
4. Yes, you can also upload .gif as logo.
5. Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site’s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.

I can not find out which one image is “1786” because in the demo content it is an image with a name “portfolio-img-34”. Where can I find the how to change it to one I need? Or how is that “code” of a photo created and how do I find it?

The “portfolio-img-34” is the cover image for the horizontal portfolio slider. The “1786” is the ID of the image. You can check the image ID in Media>Library in the image url ( please see screenshot ). To change the image, just enter the ID of the image you wish to use.
