PRe-sales: With this theme having Intranet capability has there been any thought to incorporating Project management features, the ability for paid members to create projects and assign tasks? Maybe create posts from their profile? Any responses appreciated.
Hi there,
There are no plans to add these features currently because they have never been request. However these things can be achieved with third party plugins.
Users can create posts from the frontend using the post submission form.
Hello, How can i choose the footer in the single product page?
Sorry, wrong theme, just delete the question
Sorry, I’m on the rails regarding Aardvark – Community, Membership, BuddyPress Theme vs. Magzine – BuddyPress, Membership, Review Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme
Is one or the other going to be obsolete?
No worries, I purchased Magzine
Will the Magazine Theme work on a Multi-Site install?
Hi there,
Yes absolutely. The Magzine demo site runs on a multisite installation.
Will this theme work with Slider Revolution, User Role Editor, Wise Chat Pro and do you have a recommended file management plugin?
Hi there,
The theme should work with all these plugins, but they have not been tested. I use File Manager with my themes: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
Hi, I love this theme but there’s something I need. I have the members card add on for PMPRO so that I can use the QR Code feature. But I have no idea how I’ll integrate filter hooks so the QR code shows member info scanning. Is that something you can help with upon purchasing the theme? Even if it costs extra.
Hi there,
This would not be included in theme support but I can certainly help as a customisation at an extra cost.
hi interested to purchase. is it possible to import and export groups and members in bulk ?
Hi there,
This would be certainly possible, but how you do it depends on where you’re importing them from. Is this from another website running BuddyPress?
from .csv or any excel format
This is not something the theme handles. You would need to find a plugin that support exporting users/groups from your desired format.
Hello,
I need to build a website with the following specifications:
1. There will be 2 types of users: Athletes and Managers
2. There will be membership plans for Athletes. According to their plan they should be able to create a profile page and upload information about theirselves, videos, etc.
3. There will be membership plans for Managers. According to their plan they should be able to view and search among athlete profiles
4. In both user types, there should be restrictions on what they are able to add (for Athletes) or view (for Managers)
5. Recurring payments must be available.
Is your theme compatible with all the above?
Hi there,
You will need to use BuddyPress to handle profiles and Paid Memberships Pro to handle memberships.
However you cannot have different membership plans for different member types by default. This would require customisation.
You may also be interested in my other theme Magzine which has lots more membership features see: https://themeforest.net/item/magzine-elementor-review-and-magazine-theme/33098719
Thanks, does the Magzine theme support different membership plans for different member types?
Also, are BuddyPress and Paid Memberships Pro included in the theme?
“Thanks, does the Magzine theme support different membership plans for different member types?”
No it does not.
BuddyPress and PMPro are free plugins. They are not included in the theme.
Which of the demos use BuddyPress and PMPro?
Check the last four demos: Dating, Fitness, Newspaper and Listings which use both BuddyPress and Paid Membership Pro.
Hello,
Presale question: Is it possible to create differents membership plans with differents capabilities? I need for exemple to define limits on each plan for images/vidéos upload and private messages. In most expensive plans, members could upload more images/vidéos and send more private messages.
Regards
Hi there,
Membership levels are handled by the Paid Membership Pro plugin not the theme itself. PMPro BuddyPress Addon allows you to restrict access to specific parts of BuddyPress such as ability to send private messages. It does not provide an option to limit uploads based on membership level. This is something I could integrate as a customisation for you though.
Where is the option for changing this image and link https://prnt.sc/aSKHZ055Cv0H
thank you

Will this work with BuddyBoss?
Hi there,
BuddyBoss should work with the theme but has not been tested.
Hi, questions please:
.1. this is multisite able? Installed on a subdomain
2. I want a membership website where people pay a one time fee and then have access to posts, pages, products? Is this a good theme for that? Anything extra needed?
Thanks.
Hi there,
1) Yes absolutely this theme can be installed on WordPress multisite as subdomains.
2) Yes, you need to use the Paid Membership Pro plugin which is a free plugin. The theme has been designed to work seamlessly with this plugin.
Hey! That’s great thank you!
Hey you – I just purchased! Question: which theme is best for a membership site selling membership for access to materials like worksheets? Love a recommendation (for ease, and sensibility)
When you say theme are you referring to the demos within the theme? If so, any demo can use the membership features.

Thanks.
hello! I would like to ask a few questions before buying:
1. Can I use YouTube videos that are private, or not listed for the public?
2. I can only upload audio, through which platform?
3. In case of using youtube videos, I would like that nobody can see the youtube video url, so the user inspects the source code with browser developer tools.
4. Is there any possibility that instead of playing videos or audios, they can also be image galleries or pdf?
5. Do you have a membership system included?
6. Does the site come pre-built?
I hope you can answer my questions please.
Hi there,
1) You can add videos to posts/pages and make then private but if the user has a direct link to the video URL they could still access it unless you blocked direct access to your uploads directory.
2) This is not really a question related to the theme itself, it’s a general WordPress. Here’s some info on uploading audio in WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-audio-files-and-create-playlists-in-wordpress/
3) You would need to use a script or plugin that encrypts the URLs.
4) WordPress allows you to upload PDFs and display image galleries.
5) The theme supports the BuddyPress membership plugin. Check here for more info: https://themeforest.net/item/aardvark-buddypress-membership-community-theme/21281062/support
6) You cna import any of the theme demos so it looks just like the preview demos.
i am running latest version of aardvark and wordpress on php 8 and disabled all plugins except core theme ones and when i click the theme options tabs none of the tabs load any idea why? i don’t see anything in php errors that is triggered at the time i’m trying to access those theme options ….like the buddypress tab ..membership tab etc

admin.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Hi there,
If you’re reporting a theme issue or bug and don’t have an active support license please email me at https://themeforest.net/user/ghostpool#contact with your WordPress URL and admin login details and I’ll take a closer look.
ok will do i don’t mind paying for support but thought maybe i could figure it out …i’m not a coder but after a few hours i managed to get the tabs loading at least by removing any reference to select2 out of your file framework-global.js ….now it gives me 2 new erros depending on what php i’m using Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) on php 7.3 :jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.3.2:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2 admin.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) ...php 7.3 says : GET https://array/ net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED and still gives me the save options button at end of screen …php 8 i can’t hit the save button it doesn’t appear
Can we add Polling plugin in this theme so that we can create polling for all business ?
Hi there,
Yes you should be able to add a polling plugin to the theme.
Hey there. I’m super interested in this as an option to creating a members only area where we’ll post exclusive content similar to the News demo. Is it possible to effectively password protect the entire site using individual usernames and passwords, and would it be possible to give new users a secret link to sign up? Thanks!
Hi there,
You can restrict the whole site to logged in users only – so they can only access it when logged in. If you want this on an individual user basis you’ll need to use the theme in conjunction with a plugin like Paid Membership Pro which allows you to create different membership levels. A level can then restrict access to the site pages.
As for a secret user link, I’m not clear how this would work. It’s likely you’ll need to find a plugin that does this.
Hello,
is it possible to create users in admin tab directly ?
Best Regards, Romain.
Hi there,
Users can be created from the backend under the Users menu as with any WordPress theme. If you want to do this for the frontend you would need to use a plugin.
great ! thank you a lot
Hello,
Do you have a link for a admin tab demo please?
Thank you, Romain.
Hi there,
I am not able to provide an admin login for security reasons unfortunately.
ok thank you
Thank you for the Sensei demo but, it is too general for our needs. Any future plan to add LMS theme in your product portfolio?
How about stand alone LMS theme including template for gaming and e-sport training etc? LMS with Buddypress functionalities from Ghostpool brand will be great.
Like this site https://gamerzclass.com/Hi there,
There are no plans currently as I’m not sure how well such a theme would sell. However I am able to take on customisations and can build a LMS theme to meet your specific needs. If you’re interested please email me at https://themeforest.net/user/ghostpool#contact and I’ll be able to give you a quote.
Thank you, if we need custom work, definitely will consider to ask Power Elite Author like you! It is pity that we cannot find any LMS themes which come with good Buddypress design at all…
Bug Report: We noticed when adding tags to a post with a video (without or without the video type used), the “You may also like” thumbnails disappear (on the front end). Tested on a few Aardvark installs.
Bah, cancel that! I just realized this is a feature not a bug (embarrassing). Sorry about that!
