The xml files don`t work like that – they pull the data from the demo site, you can just go there and grab any image that you want, but keep in mind that you will need to remove/replace most of the placeholder content with your own content.

Hi, When I swiitch PHP version from 7 to 8, the theme plugin (Definity Elements) breaks. when will you be ablle to fix this issue. thanks

The theme is before php 8 and it currently does not support it. We are working on a update that should be out this year and should add support for php8.

Not good news, that means i can’t use this theme after monday as my host company is forcing all of the websites to use PHP 8. my website will be borken. Anyway is there any piiece of code whcih can prevent or override VPS server settings for this project only. like any code to add to .htacess fule. Thanks

You can open the demo and download any image you like then add it where you need.
There is an update in works, that will fix this but to not go back and forth on this is easier I setup everything for you.

yes, the theme comes with demos, you can chose to use any demo from the demos website for the theme.
The theme is uses WP Bakery Page Builder for its elements and layouts – so yes it is compatible with any or the latest version or till the WP Bakery Page Builder is compatible the theme will be compatible also.
To have a hassle free experience, I can setup the theme for you – you just share your admin credentials (via the contact form on my profile page), make sure your host is setup for WordPress and allows uploading themes and plugins, and state what demo you want.

hello, when will the update for php version 8 and higher be out? our host has discontinued support for php 7.4! please help.

update is in works and should be out till the end of the year for the theme.
Will try to make it support php8 but, the theme is based on the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin and if the plugin does not support php 8 or other important plugins don’t support php 8 probably the theme won’t support it.

in the portfolio plugin there there is no “external link” option, but this can be done easily with redirect plugin. In the portfolio, chose “regular link” then redirect that link to wherever you want – with the redirect plugin.

There is an update in works, when is done it will be tested with php 8+ too see if the theme can support it. The update should come before the end of the year.
