Hi! Can we change or remove buttons in the side menu and the header menu? Buttons like: Purchase / Create / Watch later etc.. I cant find where to modify this

1/ Side Menu -> You can hide items you don’t use here: WordPress Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Channel Settings -> Side Menu Settings Tab
2/ User Submit Post -> You can hide it by disabling this feature: WordPress Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Functional Options tab -> scroll to: User Submit Post (PRO) & Choose OFF
3/ Notification -> You can hide it by disabling this feature: WordPress Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Functional Options tab -> scroll to: Notification (PRO) & Choose OFF
4/ Watch Later -> You can hide it by disabling this feature: WordPress Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Functional Options tab -> scroll to: Watch Later & Choose OFF

1/ Basically JWPlayer is a modern, feature-rich player. But it is not provided for free, you can only use it when buying and using services from JWP: https://www.jwplayer.com/pricing
If you use services from JWP, you will have it all in JWPlayer’s management system (video file management, player management, ad setup…)
And you can embed JWPlayer’s player in your website.
2/ Flowplayer too, the important features are in the pro version (paid)...
Basically VidMov’s player is also continuing to be developed, fixed, upgraded… It will still have all the necessary features and not be dependent on 3rd parties.

Currently the only option I see is for Creators is to submit “Video”, “Audio” and “Post”. What if the creators want to sell files or similar digital products that can be listed in the shop page for visitors to purchase? How can they do that?

I feel this feature would help. It would make the platform work as a multivendor marketplace for products and add a lot of value to the existing setup.
I have tested Mycred and decided against it as I found it to be full of bugs. It lets access to a content even when there is insufficient funds. Conversely, when there are funds it shows as you cannot buy the content due to insufficient funds and displays 0 points. So MyCred is not an option.
Could you tell me how to add the “Watch Trailer” button like in the Demo, beside the “Buy Now” button and how to update the link of that button? (Considering I am using only Woocommerce)
Also, I did not find any field in the add/edit “video” section of the WP Dashboard to update any link for trailers/short version of a longer video. Where exactly is that? I can see that something similar is present as “Demo Audio URL” (Not sure if that is the same thing as a trailer) in the “Audio” section but there is no such field for the “Video” section. Please assist.

1/ This is a feature only for website owners ( for admins only ).
2/ Members who submit their posts through the form from the front end cannot use this feature.
3/ You can create different products for each video or audio ( because in this feature also includes premium download feature, you can combine both features together: https://vm.beeteam368.net/video/season-five-cinematic-call-of-duty/ )
Or you can put multiple videos (or audios) into the same product and users only buy once to be able to watch all those videos. For example: a yoga teacher has 10 lessons on stretching and relaxation. He can put these 10 lessons into one product and sell it for $60 (expires within 7 days). When a student buys that product, they get to watch all 10 videos within 7 days.
4/ Basically, this feature caters to specific individuals who want to have their own website to sell their online courses, or knowledge materials.

1/ Unfortunately, this is information that cannot be made public. It affects the competitiveness of the product, hope you understand…
2/ We need to look at it and study it specifically. There can’t be a solution in a few days because this is a huge feature: revenue sharing, balance, withdrawals, bonuses… Not sure with WooCommerce, because myCred has all that and has been in development for so many years.
3/ Because myCred is a plug-in developed by a 3rd party. We will have to review and report it directly to its author with a detailed technical description so they have an update to fix those bugs. Sometimes this can also be a bug from the theme and we need to investigate it.

Me reporting this issue, doesn’t make it “my problem”. This issue affects every one of Vidmove users and potential buyers of the theme.
As I test every theme thoroughly before using it, I noticed it and thought of bringing it to your notice considering that you may be interested in doing something about it.
I can work without mycred but I don’t think every one of your users would be ready to do that, since many would have purchased the theme (or plan to) based on the functionality.
So it is of your best interest to resolve it. I was just offering to go out of my way to assist, but you’re making it look like it is just my problem with the way you have put it in your words. So I will wait for the time when (if) it becomes my problem and then I’ll get in touch.
