Hello, I noticed that there are some problems with google maps, at least after the last update to the newest version of wordpress. I also checked the demo on your site and noticed that the google map doesn’t open there either.

Hello. We want to install Industrial theme on a website that already is running an old theme based on Visual Composer. Also we want to keep old pages, since there are a lot of information there. We want if possible to just update the front page. Do you think is possible to do this without messing the old website? Meaning , is possible that old theme to use some short codes that are not recognized, so pages will be messed up? Also products added in WooCommerce will still be there? Do your support team cover this kind of issues? Thank you.

The theme is translatable ready, but you will need to use the translation plugin. You can use WPML or Polylang.

We have our own text already translated. I just need to know if theme has the posibility to switch between languages, and the fields where to put the texts. Also can i have a price for an hourly basis support? Thank you.

there is no such option in our theme. For multilanguage you will need to use a plugin. It is $60 per hour.

Yesterday I update the theme to latest version and facing an issue: there is one black page covered on it, please find message below which google sent :

How can we help you?

I bought the Industrial theme which had included the Revolution Slider plugin. Now, the plugin ask me for an update but, for do that I need to register with a purchase code. Could you please help me finding that code? Thanks

I do not use YouTube videos but YouTube cookies (YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, CONSENT) are still installed from your pages.

Hi ANPS, we buy this theme Industrial – Factory Business WordPress Theme, and we have a lot of problems with this theme. FIRST after installation and settings according to the requirements of the topic, all other sites stopped working (max_execution_time). SECOND is not compatible with uber menu and mega menu?! But this is very important for us!!! THIRD many things from the home page are missing after installing demo. FOURTH we want it in three languages – here also a big problem. We will ask you for assistance, as fast as you can. Answer of the sort of – Please open a support ticket – it doesn’t work for us.

We are sorry for the late reply. I went through all open tickets in support and didn’t find it. Can you please reply on a ticket and keep the conversation there? About Uber menu: we are not including this plugin, you will also need to disable an option “Enable menu walker (mega menu)” in appearance -> theme options -> header options that you won’t receive PHP errors (the reason is you can only once extend native WordPress class). We tested on our server and none of our customers have problems with WPML. Please explain more what problems do you have with WPML.

The big problem is UBER MENU, we have tried what you say, but nothing changes. And this, as we said earlier, is most important to us. When we want to translate the slider into three languages, this is also impossible. Some things in wocommers are not translated either….

Please open a support ticket and explain what means big problem with Uber menu. If there are some PHP errors, please send to us. Also include site url and wp-admin login data. You can create 3 different sliders and call on home page on every translation different. Please note that Revolution slider is not ours, it is just included and translations are there. About Woocommerce: we also need to understand which translations are not working. Maybe some strings are in our theme or anps_theme_plugin.

Can you tell me when you will be updating the theme to work with 5.8.1? It works with 5.8, but we get the black screen on all inside pages with 5.8.1.
