Please note that we didn’t include compatibility for the latest WordPress and plugin versions yet and we are working hard on adding them. Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when new update will come out but we hope it will be released soon.
When it comes to bundled plugins, you can always contact our support team and they will send you the latest version to install manually.

Hello. Sorry if I disturb but I have a problem with some images in the Portfolio that never happened to me. Some “featured images” disappeared, so I tried to delete and reload the “featured image”. I don’t understand why, however, it continues not to be visible.
This happens with some images in the gallery but not all. It happens even if I upload a new photo from my pc.
What’s the problem? I tried to use different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Mozilla …) but the problem remains the same and I don’t understand why. I have been using your wonderful theme for 2 years and I have never had this problem.

This could be due to the lazy loading feature for images added in WordPress 5.5 version. Please try installing the ‘Disable Lazy Load’ plugin.
We also notice that some of the images have different url than the url of the site (please see screenshot).

Hello. Sorry for the inconvenience. Why can’t I show my logo above the triangle in the top right menu? Yet in the Elated option -> Logo section I uploaded the logo file in each section (eg Logo Default, Dark, etc.).

Please try removing and setting logo images once more. It could also be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

First, thank you for that amazing theme.
With that said, I would like to ask about an issue I have. I use the “Split Showcase” Template and I would need e.g. a light header icon (on the left) and a dark hamburger icon (on the right) – or vice versa. However, the style I set on the left side (header icon) is also always the style of the right side (hamburger) and also the multiscroll-nav on the right side. Is there are way to have them styled separately?

Hi there, I use this theme with the Elementor builder, however I can’t use Elementor Pro and all of its features because as soon as the plugin is installed the theme’s menus and structure stops working. Is this something you are looking at currently?

Demo content of the theme is built with WPBakery page builder which is included as bundled plugin with the theme.

At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version. WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic, as a temporary solution, until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

The latest compatible version of WooCommerce is 5.3.0, however, the theme should work fine with the latest version of WooCommerce as well.

I see that the last update dates back to September 2021. Is there a page explaining the changelogs? Is it compatible with Wp 5.8.1?

Sometimes other changes unrelated to theme files are made on ThemeForest, and the latest update was for adding GPL license. When the theme is updated you will be notified via email and the changes will be listed in the change log.

WPBakery is bundled plugin and bundled plugins do not come with licenses for end-users hence they do not have access to automatic updates. However, we release the latest plugin versions with our theme updates, so you will have access to them by updating your theme. You can read more about bundled plugins here.

Does this template have SEO Optimized function?

Our built-in SEO is a basic search engine optimization to get you going. However, if you want to go more in depth, especially in regards to social sharing etc. we recommend using an SEO plugin. So when it comes to Yoast SEO this plugin will in no way cause conflicts with the existing SEO fields, but override them.

Are the 3 Hand-Drawn Images included which are in the “Our History” Section? The Wine, the Barrel and the Wine-Bottle. Or do i have to get a seperate licence to use them?
