I have an issue with a license, for the GEM template. The License is active and working if I check on my wordpress site, but whenever I try to update a message is displayed about the license not being valid.

Where do I find the Slider Revolution license key to register it? It says I need it in order to upgrade to the latest version (6.5.31)

The revolution slider should be named TheGem App The one in the import is old, or theme archive files broken and with an old iphone frame unlike the one you have in the current codex demo site!

Is there a documentation available for how to use this in wordpress multisite environment? I’m trying to re-set up website to have different subdomains for each key region in order to use different languages for them. Per themeforest licensing terms, as long as it’s used under one domain installation, it should be applicable within the subdomains, but when I try to use setup the demo for each region, the theme needs me to activate the theme and it’s not recognizing the already activated main domain for the sub domains. I sent login information by email already. Help please.

Hi! After recent theme update the mobile menu is not working. Visitors can’t see menu therefore cannot access the whole website via mobile phone. Desktop version is ok. I tried to change appearance of mobile menu in Settings, tried change CSS, but so changes appear. There is something wrong and it’s not easy to understand how to fix this error. Could you please help?

It’s been some time since I used the Gem theme – I have installed the import ​but it doesn’t look the way the demo on the Gem site appears​ (slider/fonts/menu).

Is there something else I need to do?

I have 2 licences for The Gem. One of theme doesn’t work. This message is shown: You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.

I have only 2 website (hided, in production) using The Gem. I searched if licence was installed on other servers but no.​

I can’t use support center cause my support was expired since… 4 days. I can’t rebuy a licence, my licence should be work!

Hi, purchased the theme today. At the moment, I have two questions which I cannot figure out. Can you help me?

1. I created a footer template and selected it in the The Gem’s options. However, it is not really a “footer” because it is not at the bottom of the page but rather at the end of content. If there is, let’s say, just one short text then the footer follows directly and after the footer there is style grey space. It seems to be that the footer-section is inside the page-div: <!- #page -> How can I make the footer always be on the bottom?

2. Some things are still in English, e.g. the string “Search…” in the search box in the left menu. Where can I cange that to my language?

Please how can I manage the button in the top area with the site in multiple languages? Because I can’t find where to set it, and in the main language I have a text + link, in the other languages the text is different (but incorrect) and no link is attributed. and also the email in the top translated area is not displayed….
