Hi Thank you for your reply, Basically I want to create an online shop for video content. Ideally it would actually be like the way that you can purchase videos or stock footage etc inside Themeforest. So you see a watermarked preview and then purchase license and file size etc. Variables that let you set file and size formats for download and purchase options accordingly. So the client/user would have access to a specific password protected folder or link etc only for them, or if the client/user created an account as a member and the video/media content was uploaded to their account for purchase and download. This is the solution I’m looking for. Also should be standalone media players, no youtube or vimeo embeds. Let me know if you can do this or modify this theme to do similar, your theme looks amazing btw so be great if these features are possible.

Only once the customer has purchased that product, they can download the files in it and that link will expire after a specific period of time (set by you)

1/ TMDB import: Maybe you have to wait in October’s update ( or November ) – The September update adds some big features, so it’s not possible to develop other features at this time.

2/ Do some encryption with FFMPEG to expire link -> Sorry, can you describe this question more clearly? Looks like VidMov doesn’t have that feature.

Don’t worry, we’ve got updates planned for myCred.

As you can see, VidMov has just gone through some very big updates and we can’t get enough time to deal with other features.

Most likely some other bug fixes and features will appear in the September update.

1/ Basically JWPlayer is a modern, feature-rich player. But it is not provided for free, you can only use it when buying and using services from JWP: https://www.jwplayer.com/pricing

If you use services from JWP, you will have it all in JWPlayer’s management system (video file management, player management, ad setup…)

And you can embed JWPlayer’s player in your website.

2/ Flowplayer too, the important features are in the pro version (paid)...

Basically VidMov’s player is also continuing to be developed, fixed, upgraded… It will still have all the necessary features and not be dependent on 3rd parties.

Me reporting this issue, doesn’t make it “my problem”. This issue affects every one of Vidmove users and potential buyers of the theme.

As I test every theme thoroughly before using it, I noticed it and thought of bringing it to your notice considering that you may be interested in doing something about it.

I can work without mycred but I don’t think every one of your users would be ready to do that, since many would have purchased the theme (or plan to) based on the functionality.

So it is of your best interest to resolve it. I was just offering to go out of my way to assist, but you’re making it look like it is just my problem with the way you have put it in your words. So I will wait for the time when (if) it becomes my problem and then I’ll get in touch.
