I have 4 licenses for this listingpro theme, 1 license I hadnt used and 1 license I had to delete the website as it was hacked. Now I have tried to rebuild the websites however it is saying the licenses cannot be used. There is no option in your inbuilt support portal, and you guys do not reply to messages for help on skype. So how do I fix this, I have purchased the licenses, I should be able to use the products i have purchased. Your prompt assistance would be appreciated, and as your portal doesnt allow for questions unless more money is spent, this is the only way of communicating with you guys which is disapointing. I was one of the first few people to buy this theme when it was first launched and the support was great, but now its impossible to contact you guys unless i hand over more $$

Hi, I wanted to develop a custom payment getaway at checkout for my customer, it’s called mpaisa (a mobile money payment system like venmo, famous in the Pacific) , owned by telecommunications company Vodafone. I am currently getting a developer to build me a plugin in WordPress so I can install and connect with woocommerce for my other sites, just like how PayPal is. I notice you don’t specifically say woocommerce is supported, but if I install this plugin with woocommerce, can the theme support this? Can the customer use this at checkout as one of the options

Deeply disappointed with the theme and ADDON medical pro. Does not install without asking support for help, conflict with the plugins themselves. (It doesn’t work with either Elementor or WP Bakery, just activate one of them and the site breaks.)

Hi, we have a problem with admin emails. When someone submits a listing and it is pending to be published, however admin email does not receive any notification about it. All other emails to the subscribers are coming through, just the ones for the admin do not. What could be the problem?

So ,I want to run a directory that shows specific or particular community(eg.Indian) and business listing from which they listed their business ,from multiple locations or Multiple Countries. 1.User can find his community,business listings from his Near by,Near Me and from his country.At the same time ,someone who live in India can be find or searched from the Directory Web for his potential business partner , community,Business listings and Social network which are listed from their respective countries. So ,it would be like a community network finder or listing Directory. My Question? Is it possible or can I run that kind of Directory with this ListingPro theme? Thanks for your time and patience.

Hi, is it possible by ads management choose to display the ads only for specific places? For example if a restaurant offers a special dinner in Amsterdam. It would be bad to display the ad for London.

Is there a Map View of the listings? I can see there is a map for each listing, or when you find them, but I would like to just search by using the map only, not the search options. Seems to be quite common on other platforms.

- Can the team improve the Review more? For example, when there are many reviewers, the page lengthens. I would like to add “Load more review” in this section.
