Wondering if it is intentional (or perhaps a bug?) that WPBakery is not available for posts? Would love to open a ticket, but your site won’t allow me to do so.

Thanks for writing in! By default, the WP Bakery Plugin is available for page editing only. However, you can use it to edit other post types (such as blog posts or portfolios) as well. To do so, navigate to WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post Types, select Custom from the dropdown and mark all the checkboxes available there.

Thanks for writing in! There is no option within the theme for the layout of the mobile appearance for the shop, however you can always turn to our support team as they can provide you with small custom CSS code which you can use in order to be able to achieve this.

Hello. I see in my list of plugins one called Ultimate Member that I did not install. Is it part of the plugins that are installed at the beginning together with the theme and other plugins? The web that I built does not require user management, only the personal user with which I access Wordpress to administer the site. Is Ultimate Member required for this or can I remove it?

It is possible that demo content wasn’t imported completely. Usually demo import issues are related to lower resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article. So make sure that you check your local and master resources and then try importing via XML import.
