Hi, I used https://pagespeed.web.dev/ and the score is very low, a lot of js and css, i use only necessary plugin, i don’t like to install too much plugin, they slow site. I tried to use Gtmetrix but score is still slow. Maybe do you have settings of w3 total cache so I can import yours? even though I followed your setup guide, I don’t think this is the problem. Hello, I have been using the theme for almost 2 years now, it is very powerful and beautifully theme ! I fully recommend it. I have a question on taxes: I want to add an online payment fee (%) to cover the cost using different gateway, and I want to be separated from other fee like cleaning fee (charge) or city fee (Lodging tax). The 2 other tax option available in the theme is ether not working (service tax) or do not apply a % (Fee tax), despite mentioning it. Can you help sort it out ? Thanks

thank you for your answer, unfortunately when entering 3% on fee tax for example, in the check out it is calculating 3€, which is not the same. For the Lodging tax, the % is working fine.

Right, so the URL in the button should automatically change per each translations. It should not have to be translated. Are you saying that if you create a button on an English page and have it go to another English page, it does not work when translated as expected on other translatied pages?

The main concern is the taxes and fees. 1) Cleaning fees (fees vary per property) are to be taxed but not the security deposit (also varies depending on the condo or house rentals). 2) There is a parking fee that is to be paid on arrival and not included in the total cost. 3) The BIGGEST issue has been because this will be a vacation rental site, not all of the properties are at the same location or even in the same state, so can I set up the different tax rates and fees per location?

Yes. Flat or Percentage.

Yes. You have full admin booking capabilities.

It is possible to upload, we see logo image in the Header&Footer>Footer Logo (Upload the logo you would like to use in your footer widget.). It is some bug. Next bug in the menu Header&Footer: Top Bar Icon – not displaying title (text) from Link Text for Icon Block 4 – we see only icon without text.

2 Additional problem, that the mentioned documentation doesn’t include the variable price / discount option, so I cannot setup free price for the 6th day(s) of the bookings. We have a discont: you pay 5 night and you will receive the 6th night for free. I tried to setup the 6th day at the variable proce options as additional price and setup 0 for the fee, but the system doesn’t calculate with this.
Please be so kind and let me know, where can I setup these. Thank you very much for the great theme and the help!
Hi, I found the solution to setup the proce based of the length of the stay, but it is not proper to setup the every 6th day is free option.
If I use the different price option for the stay length of 6 days, than the system will calculate this discount price for every day, not only for the 6th day, therefore the result will be not correct in case of the 7, 8 days or longer stays…

Then you adjust for 7 day stay + So they only get the 6th day free on a 6 night stay. I think that’s what you want?
