hello friend, I sent an email to linhdo@insights.is as my support has expired. I sent login details etc. this is a default install with no extra plugins etc…....only default demo data and default theme as per the install. thanks

Hi, thanks for initial help & feedback. The main problem is the red pulsing dot that appears before home page loads – sometimes 20 seconds+ The website content & size is small & simple. How can you help? Even if it’s a paid job, i need to optimize the page load speed. Your suggestion to move to a dedicated server is not feasible for such a small website.

You can edit the sidebar content in Appearance > Widgets > Service Sidebar section.

Before doing that, please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

You can copy that shortcode to new page content and switch to Backend Editor mode to edit the element content then copy the shortcode back to widget to display.

Please create a blank page, paste that shortcode to content section then switch to Backend Editor mode to edit the element for the icon and text.

After edited, you can copy the shortcode back to the widget.

after 4 hours .. and consulting wpmudev .. they told me that this is not possible to edit the url on the backend editor because its STILL random txt code characters, infact the only way to edit this is by using a third party decoder, which i seriously think you should provide. and not only limited to that but you should have responcible detailed information as to how to edit the urls in the sidebar even if you had to provide video its the right thing to do for your customers to avoid a 4 hours of wasted time with still no resolution. this is the decoder I used this website to decode the URLs https://www.urldecoder.org/ why im i having to do this ? this should be editable from within your theme.

2. the care giver homepage slider revolution has a shortcode that i can not find anywhere to edit the shortcodes content i searched and searched .. its not in the contact us form for editing the location so where do i edit the search .. ive already added my locations in the caregiver>;ocation and still not changing on the actual homepage where do i edit this and why isent it in your documentation. we arent mind readers. i have had 2 wpmudev technicians look at this and they are not stupid ..

why do i have to go thru this much trouble to edit the shortcodes to make your url links disappear.. there is no @ all this has 2% % % % that i can not edit.

then you say paste it to the page i want to edit when im supposet to paste it to replace the current info in Widgets> services>

im going to open a ticket not .. but this is crazy i wasted my whole day on this
