Hi there, There is a question I would like to ask before purchasing the theme. I have 200 portfolios on my current website. I added them from the portfolio section on WordPress. Can I transfer them directly to your design? I’ll export them from WordPress’ export tool. Then I will install WordPress from scratch and apply your theme. Will I be able to import them later?

I think you couldn’t do that because theme’s portfolio is using WordPress custom post type which might have different setup and options than the current one you are using.
I am trying to Customize the theme options to change the logo. But it is showing below message and can’t find the option to upload.

Our logo disappeared after the last update. I tried removing it and re-installing it, but it still does not show up. I posted on WP forums, and it was made clear there is a problem with the theme. Hi, thank you for the wonderful theme. But I recently encountered a problem. I registered the theme with a temp WP URL and changed it to a different address. The theme is still registered to the old temp URL and I’m not able to reregister the new site address. I’m therefore unable to direct the theme registration to the new address. Regular common updates cause a problem on my website. The Theme General Elements section of Elementor disappears and those elements do not appear on my site after updating (such as the Portfolio Grid).
I paid for a theme that was supposed to update properly over time and that is not happening.

It is only showing on contact and mobile version. If you check other pages desktop version you don’t see the footer. Plus as I try to edit anything the elementor goes pending and can not really work with it

I am using version 3.3 of the theme and Elementory 1.2.1
The issue happened because you are using the old version of theme. Could you please make sure you update to the latest version of theme v3.7.2 and all required plugins. It should fixes the issue.
Where do I get the upgrade file? Do I just reinstall the zip folder provided by Themeforest?

Since I updated the latest version of the theme, the menu does not load and there are incompatibility problems with Elementor (I have reinstalled other versions of Elementor and it still happens)

I just installed it and it still happens. Elementor doesn’t load (even with previous versions) and I can’t customize the menu

I fixed it! The problem was that I had not updated the Architecturer Elementor plugin, I thought it was automatically updated with the template

How do you turn off the footer reveal? For some reason after I updated to the latest version my footer content is hidden under the page content. I just want it to show up like a normal footer with no reveal.

You can disable it from Appearance > Customize > Footer > General > Enable reveal effect for footer.
Fatal Error due to no update. The Architecturer Theme Elements for Elementor plugin says an update is required, but there is no way to update it. This is causing our site to have a Fatal Error when someone tries to access a popbox. If you go to https://saharchitects.lu/resources-home-design/ and click on any of the buttons “Click here for the Guide”, you get the fatal error. I have the error log if needed. Please let us know how to update the plugin.

Ok, I found the registration information and entered it successfully into the wordpress dashboard. We’ve had this theme for two years as I said, and we have always received the updates, so I don’t understand why this registration was missing. At any rate, I then had an option to update it, but I am now getting the error message:
