I always keep getting Fatal error with this theme even after increasing the memory limits and making sure PHP version is updated….

I had spent so much time in building my website with this theme. I was uploading the content now. This is so bad.

Please let me know. As the server support is now saying that it is happening due to the issue with Elementor with this theme, so asked me to change the theme, which is not possible for me now as I am so deep into having almost finished my work on the website.
Hello, this is most likely caused by the page revisions which fill up the database. You can use a plugin like WP Optimizer to clean the post and page revisions.

this template works on parallax scrolling?
We installed the template. When we select the template and try to import all the elements, it just stays there for hours and doesn’t do anything else. We’ve already checked all the articles, watched all the tutorial videos—everything—and absolutely nothing has happened. It just stays stuck in the UICore library, trying to import all the template elements, and nothing progresses. I really need to fix this. Otherwise, I’m going to have to do a chargeback because I need to see if I’m actually going to use this template or not.

The problem has been resolved, and all services are now up and running.
I’ve tried everything the articles suggested but the demo content of most blocks/pages are not being imported from the UICore library. When I click “insert” the menu dissapears and doesn’t upload the section to the page.
It says “Downloading data from API”, but never imports it to the site. I’ve refreshed server, increased upload size and everything.

I’m unable to send a request since the support has expired. I’ve got tons of issues right now with the theme. Elementor Pro has been trying to fix issues regarding editing pages, but narrowed it down to the UICore Plugin. I’m unable to edit anything from the website. The Element Pack Pro plugin that came with your theme has started working in Lite version.
In the previous version, we were able to use Pro widgets. Do you have a solution for this, or will we have to purchase this plugin as well
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Deactivate and delete the current Element Pack Pro plugin. 2. A prompt will be then displayed asking you to install it. 3. Install and activate the plugin and check if the Pro widgets are available (as an extra step you can go to theme options and hit save; this clear all the cache from inside our theme and my help).
If the issue persists, please let us know.

Hi, you can use Theme Builder to create a custom footer, that will replace the default one which comes with the theme.
How can I access the theme footer directly and make slight changes to it?
Go to Appearance – Widgets. You will see all footer columns, where you can edit the widgets.
Can we create custom headers for desktop and mobile?

Hi, navigation menu items are imported directly from our live demos, that’s why you have the link to our website.
Blog and portfolio pages don’t have any content, therefore it’s not included in the demo import. All layouts can be achieved using Theme Options settings.
