Yes, for both of them, and yes you can upload your logo from the admin.
About the publishing app, this is an extra service if you want, but if not you can do it by yourself with no problem, a lot of our clients upload the apps by themselves.

You can’t remove the register part, but you can set the permissions for which role you want them to allow to ask, answer, … anything.
About the required fields, sorry but it’s available like that only right now.

You can use any plugin with no problem, just you can’t use any plugin that has a member system because it maybe will make a conflict, some plugins work no problem with the member system but some other plugins are not working.
