Hi I bought the template and am having trouble downloading any demo, I always get the message “Ajax error” and then a pop up with a red question mark. I am really pissed after two hours, and I have experience with wordpress templates. Your documentation didn’t help me either.

Hello! I have bought your theme at the time of launch but still have not used it. I have few questions related to WooCommerce in your theme.
1. Your shop demo is in dark color theme. I want to know can we change it in the light color theme too?
2. For the moment your WooCommerce section is using the basic functions of WooCommerce. I want to know do you have plans to add or integrate more functions and features of WooCommerce in your theme in the coming updates?
3. User Registration Form is basic Wordpress form. Do you have any plan to customize it concerning a Shop Registration form? I mean adding Username. Email, Phone Number? or Can we use any plugin to change the registration form accordingly?
4. Is there any demo of Shop layout for homepage? Mainly to use the theme as Shop not just a blog or portfolio.
Please advice.

1) Yes, You can change it with light mode. When you set globally light mode from theme options it automatically changes all dark screens.
2) We will update it regularly. What kind of features do you need? We can answer your question properly if you provide an example.
3) Yes, You can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-registration/
4) We do not have any homepage demos based on shops at the moment. It will be added in the future.

Following are some of the features of WooCommerce that are missing in your theme at the moment.
1. Search Bar in Header for Woo Products Search. 2. Products Listing in Shop currently available in Grid only. The products listing in List View, Listing with Comments and Ratings, Listing with Shot description etc… are also important in Woo. 3. My Account (User Registration) or Login/Register Icon in the Header. 4. Single Product – Add to Wishlist, Compare Products option (you can use Yith Wishlist plugin and Yith Compare plugins for it). 5. Wide Menu Bar (to display multiple items menu links). 6. Products Scrolling Horizontally (Carousal etc.) in Sidebar and on Home Page
I think these are some of the important functions that are available in most of the WooCommerce themes. I also understand that at the time your theme is mainly on Portfolio and Blogs but as you have added WooCommerce then the above functions will definitely increase the value of your theme.

I have been testing your theme and I want to notify you a few minor bugs that I have noticed.
1. Kindly check the Blog and WooCoommerce “Title Banner” and “Breadcrumb” Show/Hide Settings. These are controlling each other options on Storefront.
Blog buttons are controlling WooCommerce Shop Title and Breadcrumb. And WooCommerce button are controlling Blog Title and Breadcrumbs. There is some mistake in the code. I have not checked projects and services section yet.
2. Check “Product Single Page” in Mobile View. Scroll down to Product (Description – Additional Information – Reviews Tab). In mobile view the Highlighted Tab background is not displaying properly. It needs to rectify.
3. The Header Button on the top right corner. On click it opens the link in a New Window. Most of the users doesn’t like when a link opens in a new window.
I have a suggestion for it if you would like to consider, to make an option to add an icon and/or text both instead of just Text. This will save the Space in the Menu section.
Please check these minor issues.
