Nice theme but there are important bugs. And technical support kinda slow. I’m still waiting. For example I can’t set password on course correctly. When I set a password for the course, but the password I set only encrypts the content. People can buy the course even though I don’t set a password. Please see the tickets I created

The theme is working correctly on our local installation and all of our themes do get strictly tested before they can even be released.
If you set course page to be password protected as shown in screenshot, then whole page should be hidden until user enters the password.
Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

The screenshot you posted is incomplete. Yes, the password can be set as in the screenshot, but then how does the course page look? The Buy Now button is still active. Only the description text is encrypted.
Your friend replied and said there was a problem. He said that the problem will be fixed with a new update, but that means I won’t be using the theme until a new update. This is not fair. I request you to produce a solution until the new update comes. Because my customers are waiting for this problem to be solved.

dears, i been following the documentation and there a problem

for somehow the instructors dose not work, as well the LMS dose not appears in the left menu

Hey there – this is really beautifully done like all of your themes – really nice work!
Quick question – and an observation.
1. Is this your own in house LMS system or are you using Learnpress/TutorLMS, or similar for the course modules and functionality? (didn’t check the source code – but don’t see it listed on the item description)
2. UX observation: On the course modules (which are styled beautifully) it seems like the active lesson displays at the very bottom of the screen – e.g. – if I click on a lesson, it renders below all of the subsequent curriculum material (e.g. – it’s “buried” beneath all of the course content – which is going to be a huge challenge for folks who won’t see where their lesson content “lives”) I’m not sure if this is by design on your part – or can be changed – but in an otherwise beautiful theme, this usability piece will probably be a problem for students/subscribers/etc)
Really love this for courses from a design standpoint – the forum integration is a great touch too!

All good! On mobile – I’m seeing that the lesson content renders at the bottom of the screen – e.g. – a video “lesson” is clicked—> and rather than the video appearing at the top of the screen window, it renders at the bottom, which may be confusing, as it’s “nested” below the full curriculum list. (I really like the LMS modules though – really beautifully done)
A totally off topic question: On the Instagram page for the theme – you have a book mockup (“One Simple Thing…..) – could you share the design/mockup software you’re using to create this? I’ve noticed a few of your other theme shop/product image mockups are really beautiful and unique – and love this style book cover, but never can make them look this good!

One final question Really love the dark home page (the “Meetup” landing page) as we have a course community on a different LMS (a non WP SAAS for selling courses) – I just want to make sure that
1. That page can be duplicated for different courses/events/meetups, etc -
And
2. Is the red CTA (the floating footer) part of the theme – e.g. – is that a widget that can be edited and repurposed on different pages – or is that simply custom code that doesn’t ship with the theme itself?
