The theme buttons aren’t working when linking to a media file. The “themes/optima-inc.org” file automatically populates before the actual file causing a 404 error. Please advise.

I use your themes a lot and have an envato elements subscription. However, I am having an issue with the header divider on the finance theme. I cannot find anywhere in your documentation how to get the content above the header bar so it starts below the slider. I selected it in the header options, but it doesn’t work. I cannot create a ticket as I have no theme code.

Good morning!
I have been having issues with my website and my website performance has been really bad. I downloaded caching plugins such as autoptimize and compressing images. I was able to minify my files. However, I’m not able to combine my js files, css files because my website breaks. My website is really slow!!! It has around 15s to 29s load time. I was very excited to launch my website and worked really hard on it. Due to the slow load time, I’m not able to launch to my viewers. Please help and let me know what you require from me.
PS: I have a Envato membership with username dojha2 and optima licensed to DO Originals so I’m not able to get the purchase code.

I have choose: https://prnt.sc/rq3dx7 as default site header layout. Only for homepage I have tryed all options: https://prnt.sc/rq3fdw to make it as “Home 08 – Finance” but doesn’t work. I also have open a ticket to https://wpelite.ticksy.com/ticket/2343560/ but noone has replayed to me.
