Per the item support policy, I opened a ticket with Ninetheme regarding SQL injection vulnerabilities. Their answer was to simply delete the files.
Envato’s policy is as follows:
“Item has a security vulnerability If an item contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you may be entitled to a refund from the author. If the item can be fixed, then the author should do so promptly by updating the item. If the item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then we would expect the author to provide a refund for the item.”
Rather than try to resolve the problem, Ninetheme’s support was combative and negligent.
After finding issues with some of the files, not being given an updated theme or individual files, they have failed to provide the service they were required to do so. Deleting files is not an acceptable answer or solution. Because they have chosen not to provide updated files or a refund, I looked to Envato. Envato makes it (seemingly) impossible to contact them.
I’m not going to argue with anyone further, I’m just going to request a chargeback on my credit card account.
I am a very reasonable person until I feel like I’m getting screwed by a company. I spent way too much time troubleshooting and arguing over this. I hope that anyone that reads this does their homework and avoids these types of occurrences.

Keep commenting or giving bad review to force an author is not a way to get refunded and will not change anything.
In your ticket that you opened three hours ago, you talked about vulnerability in …uploads/2019/5/ folder but in that folder, there is even not any codes there. It’s just simple images and we kindly told you that you don’t have to use demo images if you don’t want to. Just because there are images in that folder, we can not refund you.
Besides, all we said is all of the themes on ThemeForest have been reviewed by an expert review team on Envato and those team check the published themes in term of code quality, design quality and vulnaratiblity etc.
We kindly offered you support service but everytime you rejected it and keep asking for refund. Envato has a refund policy and we can not redund you based the given policy.

.SVG files can contain malicious scripts. This is why WordPress does not allow SVG uploads to the Media Library. According to the web application firewall installed on mine (and approximately 384,000 other servers), your files are bad. There may be others infected in your theme as well.
You didn’t offer any support, you told me to just delete the files. Envato does have a policy. I quoted it above. And for the reasons above you should have issued me a refund.

Our aim is not to argue with you so this is going to be our final response on this issue because you keep changing your review and comment and this is not going to change anything for sure.
Our themes have been reviewed by the Envato team in term of vulnerability. In this specific question, to make sure, we also checked the … /uploads/2019/5/ folder but as said before, there are just simply images are there and couldn’t see any malicious scripts there. Also, as we said before that if you don’t have to use any of the demo images if you don’t want to.

I have license from 8 month before I want to change my URL now as I forgot to renew my domain and I lost it and there is no way I can change it through evanto and I want to send ticket but asking renew support , this is not support this is standard feature every theme and product should have that we can change url easily . your other product has this feature .
