You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

I just bought the theme and every works great, I just have a small problem. I cant find how to add the Cart Icon and Order Now button on the header. I am using the header with the logo in the center. It was there but not sure what happen that it disappeared.

problem is your Glace Core plugin is not allowing me to open the Widget section. I get an error message, when I deactivate the Glace Core plugin the widget works.
We couldn’t reproduce on our installation.

I recently purchased the Glacé theme. I’m encountering an issue where the product sliders, blog sliders, and catalog sliders are not working. We have tried multiple troubleshooting methods (clearing cache, switching between main/child themes, and checking shortcode settings), but the issue persists.
Could you please advise if this is a known issue? Should we expect an update or is there a manual fix?

the later version of tis themes comes with a vulnerability. UPDATE THE PLUG INS. WordPress Slider Revolution Plugin <= 6.7.12 is vulnerable to Cross Site Scripting (XSS). push update 6.7.19.Theme is expensive many plug are pay to play, update the product.

Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.
When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Having an issue uploading custom fonts. They upload to the media library, but don’t get assigned to the various ttf, woff, woff2 fields in the font customization page. But your support signup seems to be broken. When I submit a new account signup, it stalls and server submits. Just sits on “working.” I emailed your office@ address, but never heard back.

Hi, I would like to purchase it but I see the menu is not very user friendly because the test we have done all of them try to interact with the menu tapping the text instead just the tiny arrow on the right (responsive mode).

I’m honestly getting really frustrated with this theme. It’s advertised as having all of these widgets and functions but you really only get a handful of them without paying for premium versions of plugins. A $60 theme with an ANNUAL $100 that has to be spent in order to use it to its fullest capability. Starting to look into getting my money back for purchasing under misleading tactics.

We are sorry to hear this however we do think that the theme offers a lot of widgets and theme options. Also, there is no need to purchase any premium version of plugins. The theme does come with Revolution Slider as a bundled plugin and you can read more about it here. It also comes with the regular version of Elementor which is really enough to achieve anything that you see on our website demo.
