I like the look of this template but the helpdesk is useless. I started by providing all login details (user and ftp). In addition, I gave all error messages that the website gave as a result of activating the template. The first question I get? Send all login details. (Which I had already done!). I also indicate that I have given Wordpress a fresh installation. You’ll never guess what the helpdesk’s next advice is…. Give Wordpress a fresh install. I’m still no further with the solution. My website already gives errors when installing the necessary plugins. If I deactivate the template, I no longer get any error messages. So this is clearly a problem caused by the template… What do I have to do to really get help?

It seems that your issue is a server side issue and is not due to the theme.
Please be sure that everything is working correctly before installing the theme.

Hi there, row settings > player bar > playlist skin > dark is jumping back to light after saving.
im using transparent light now but can’t select dark, think its a small bug. Anyway I like to use transparent for now.

worth mention that also https://www.lesmontses.cat/concerts is not working but other pages are working fine like https://www.lesmontses.cat/videos
it turns out it was a problem with an event time. I added 24:30 and it was failing everything

What versions of PHP does this theme support? (from Min to Max)

Hello, I updated the theme today and now the site is broken and showing this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /home/kzsotyvikf7u/public_html/mercenarypublicity.com/wp-content/themes/decibel/inc/module-params.php on line 564 There has been a critical error on this website.
I can´t seem to fix it. Is there any way I can redownload an older version of the theme to see if I can revert it?

Hello! I can’t seem to figure out why the page set as discography does not show the featured images. I had this problem last year, but lost track of resolving it. I have my settings under Customizer > Discography > Display > Grid. The “Grid” and “Animated Cover” settings break the featured images but the “Metro” or “Lateral” settings display the featured images properly. Wondering why that would be the case?

Support has expired, I purchase then sit on themes and work with them later. This isn’t a 49$ question really, can you give me a clue? I just need the big interactive menu text to reduce smaller, does everyone else’s reduce to mobile? at least if I know it’s just me then I can fix it. ok then, thank y’s smuch. If not it’s fine, I’ll work it out eventually.

Hey ho, yea sorry these screenshots should explain s bit more. The entire page drops to about iPad size at which point the text really needs to reduce in size but it doesn’t and subsequently gets cut off as shown.
