No sorry, that feature is not included with the theme.
But there are a lot of plugins to do that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/coming+soon/ that you can remove it after finishing your website.

I turn off the feature ‘Enable Tagline Below logo’ when I choose to have a logo but the theme still displays the tagline anyway – is this a bug in the latest version?
Hello, i just checked the option and it works without issues, so probably is something related to your installation only.
Just ensure you have the latest version: 2.5.3 same for veen functions plugin.

I’m currently on 2.5.2 but it says the theme is up to date and the latest change log shows 2.5.2 as the latest version: http://updates.estudiopatagon.com/changelog/veen
Is 2.5.3 available as a manual update?
Sorry for the incorrect information, latest version is the same as changelog (2.5.2).
I would recommend to replace manually the theme (download from Themeforest and install the original files).
Otherwise, edit manually veen/partials/header.php

I’m working on this theme for a client, amazing theme by the way… I’m having an issue with the tagline showing all the time how can I fix that?? The tagline only shows when I have an image logo but when I have a text logo it’s fine… Could you please guide me on how this can be fixed?

I would please like to know more about the page speed on the mobile version ( desktop doesn’t really matter to us since 95 % of our users are mobile oriented). What kind of rate do you get on google page speed? Do you have an exemple website I can test my self please? Also still speed oriented, you have different version of your theme, grid, slide etc, is there one which has given faster result than other?
