Look at “read-me.txt” file which come with theme package.

Hi there, my license was used on were-not-really-different.myshopify.com however that site is no longer in service,because i changed a new store name and products. Please remove my license from that store so I may set it up on a different store. Thank you.

I cannot find the Preorder product template. Only default, quick shop and trial. It there a problem with theme update? How do I get that pre-order template?

I cannot create a ticket, it says support expired. The theme update itself does not have the required product.pre-order file anymore. Current theme update has missing file. How do I get the complete data download?

You should buy extended support time then create support ticket to get all your answer.

WOW! What a good way to make free money by fraudulent activities. First you remove files from update and then ask for money to give back the file. Shame.

We always test theme multiple times in different browser and devices then release it.
