When you click on a portfolio image, instead of going normal to the portfolio item page, to open the woocommerce product page instead. I see the label “Go Premium” on Slider Revolution but I have to pay Premium license). Moreover, on documentation (http://buddhathemes.com/docs/redart/) I find plugins packed with theme: - DesignThemes Core Features Plugin (OK installed) - WPBakery Visual Composer (instead I see WP Bakery Page Builder. It’s the same?) - LayerSlider WP (KO not installed) - Slider Revolution (KO not Premium version installed) - Responsive Styled Google Maps (KO not installed) Why Do I see all these difference?

When clicking on the multiple pictures on Portfolio page (in the slider), the picture is changed to the wrong one. It’s as if the slider is always showing the image to the left of the image actually clicked on/selected.

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

We have encountered compatibility issues with the theme on Firefox. When Clicking the buttons that should showcase the content of the categories that are chosen it just redirects/reload the page. But it works fine on chrome and edge browser. We are using RedArt Child Theme. Please advise on what can we do to solve this issue.

Purchaser’s beware. If you’re with Dreamhost you cannot currently download the demo content. The Unyson plugin requires loopback (meaning php files running a request on another php file) which Dreamhost does not allow. Unless Unyson updates this or Design Themes change their method of content download you’ll be stuck like me.
Also, the documentation for this theme is way out of date.

We haven’t changed our theme demo content installation still, we are using with the Unyson plugin to install demo content in the theme.

It’s not an issue with your theme, it’s an issue with the Unyson plugin. There’s an open ticket on Unyson regarding the issue. https://github.com/ThemeFuse/Unyson/issues/4221
Again, Dreamhost does not allow loopback connections. There’s nothing any renter can do about it. They said it’s for security reasons.

We have a solution for your problem. We will send a XML file to your email address. You can download that, and import it in your WordPress admin panel. Once you import, it will give all the content as per the demo, but you need to do the settings manually.
Manual settings,
1) Home page setup
2) Menu setup
3) Footer setup

The XML file contains original copyright images, you need to replace the images with your own or you need to buy the images from the source.
