Hi, one of my employees just purchased this template but we are no longer to working with that employee. However he purchased his own account so we don’t have PURCHASE KEY, so is there any other that we can get it? Would you please help me out?

while we can understand your situation, there is nothing we can do on our end. As with every other piece of software, the license key is what validates you as the owner. That means, if your employsee did not hand over the license you are basically not allowed to use our theme. We would really like to help, but there is no way for us to verify the ownership in this case.

Hi, we buy this theme like two years ago, always fine, but after last update our mobile menu is missing 
Tried all options, it just flash , roll over to the right (animation) and dissapear, cant navigate on mobile..

you have to update the theme in this case, this issue was solved in later versions than yours.

when you select a single category with 1 item in this category you can display it within a showcase. Currently there is no other way or you use an image module and link to the single page of the portfolio.

you can use the packery gallery with a 2 column layout – then edit the single Portfolio and on the right admin sidebar use the XXL Size for the pakery showcase.

you can define the type when editing the portfolio item directly. Inside the Portfolio Details tab of Brooklyn Metapanel you can decide how the portfolio item should open.

Hi, we’ve got two licences for Brooklyn. The theme has already had some minor issues where somethimes the css transitions wouldn’t load. But since the last update our website is showing serious problems.

There’s just random code that appears on any given page at any given moment. Sometimes the theme loads correct, but sometimes it’s just code. Can someone fix this please?

If yes, how? 2/ Was Slider Revolution included because my Brooklyn Register Purchase Code doesn’t work with your template? Do I have to buy an additional Slider Revolution licence?

yes you can create such a slider revolution. Themepunch has a lot of help videos and general tutorials on their page to get started: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/video-tutorials/
You can’t use the theme license for activation, this is because bundled plugins work differently.

When I use an image gallery it defaults to one column on mobile display. How do I create an image gallery on mbile that shows a grid of 3-4 columns?

Love the Brooklyn theme and it’s worked fantastic until this week. When the portfolio showcase setting for images is set to soft crop it creates a huge amount of space between rows of items and distortion in a couple of the portfolio images as seen here -> joshuacooleyauthor.com/books/. Is this a known bug and is there a simple fix for it? Thanks in advance!

please edit the showcase and turn off the softcrop and check if the issue remains or not. If it remains, please register with our support forum and open a ticket there.

Hi i have 2 sites using Brooklyn theme and today both sites were hacked!
I dont have any other plugins installed except the Really SImple SSL.
Maybe a brute force attack revealed my passwords, but it only happened to the sites with your theme. In the rest of the sites i also have Really SImple SSL installed.
Please have a look at your theme for vulnerabilities to make sure it wasnt your theme.

was everything on its latest version? Including the bundeled plugin such as CF7? Are the other sites on the same server? Besides than that you should consider using a firewall plugin for increased security such as Wordfence for example.

Hi! It says you are compatible with Elementor, but how well integrated with it is it? In your description I only read about Visual Composer. I also wonder what you mean by “Control your site with over 100 organized panels”. Do I have to keep track of over 100 panels in Wordpress backend, are there not Elementor demos built in Elementor, where I don’t have to think of any backend setting panels? Do I have to use your own page builder, or can I just use Elementor? Do you add any widgets to Elementor? Thanks!

all our demo websites have been built with an own modified version of WP Bakery (formerly know as visual composer). This builder is paired with our option panel and meta panel on the posts / pages itself. If you like to use Elementor for example, you can do that but only to create your own pages and not the existing one built with WP Bakery. And for certain elements such as the Hero Area, you can use our internal meta panel since its not based on a page builder.
