Your support team has responded but there are SO MANY questions and your documentation doesn’t cover how to do 90% of the editing that is needed. How can I cancel this purchase and get a refund? I am really disappointed. While the theme is beautiful, it is truly one of the hardest themes to edit that I have ever worked with.

I have an update for “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” which was apparently included in my theme purchase – that is failing every time I try to update it. It’s saying “An error occurred while updating Advanced Custom Fields PRO: Update package not available.” .. Do I need to pay $49 annually for a license to update it?

Thanks for writing in! I’m sorry to hear that bundled plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed. You can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
If you’ve received an alert about a plugin that needs to be updated, this could be because the new version of the plugin was recently released.
We will provide the latest version of the bundled plugin as soon as it’s been tested with our theme.

Why does the demo content take ages to import?
Thanks for writing in! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. First of all, make sure that you have installed the latest version of the Abstrak theme. Also, make sure that you’re using the latest version of WordPress as well.
If you’re fully updated, then you need to check your server configurations. PHP version 5.6 or higher and MySQL version 5.6 or higher. We also recommend the following PHP configuration limits by following our guide here
