Hello!
I changed my Gmail password (GSuite) for security reasons, which is the same email that triggers emails via the SMTP template plugin. The issue is that after the password change, the site is no longer sending emails to users.
In WP-Admin, in emails logs, column “Status” show message “Token has been expired or revoked.(invalid_grant)” and column “Solution” show messsage “Not found, check status column for more info.” for all users. that we should sent an email.
It says the token is expired. How do I create a new token? Where is the location to configure this?
I tried to open a new ticket but system say “You’ve reached the maximum open tickets allowed.” but in the past 18 months I only have created 1 ticket.

I’m still having issues with the scheduled jobs cron not running.
Spoke to suppost last week and I was told they will update the theme. I was promised a call back on Monday.
I had to call back today and got mixed up with another client. I was told the issue was fixed.
I tested again and the issue is still there and persistant.
The most annoying thing is that I was forgotten about, no one actually looked into my issue.
Now I can’t run my job website on autopilot with the scheduled jobs.
Can you please handle my request? I need to have this fixed.

How many tickets are we allowed to open as customers? I created one ticket (pending for update) and then created one more ticket due to different request but the system says that I reached the max allowed for tickets? how does the ticketing system works and what are the support expectations?

We have email notifications for now might be we will update in future .
Safari is starting push notifications on iOS and OS systems. Android has been using it for years already. Please add this feature as soon as possible so that we can benefit from the PWAs
