1. Sure. The package includes 2 booking plugins – Booked and Bookly (free version only) that allow customers to cancel appointments.
With Booked plugin https://jacqueline.themerex.net/booked-large-calendar/ you can easily export your appointment data as a CSV file. As for Bookly https://jacqueline.themerex.net/bookly-appointment-booking , Google Calendar integration is available in the PRO version of the plugin. 2, 3. You can try using Polylang with the theme. I haven’t been able to make any updates on the site because none of the options in WPBakery come up and the one time I got something to update in the backend and clicked save it didn’t update on the site and reverted back in the backend. Even updating the menu won’t work.
Just tried to update my site from an older version (pre 1.6.5) to the new 2.0 following the instructions and got an error upon activating the new theme and now I can’t even revert back to the old version. (I got another error after uploading my backup.)
This is the error:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /html/wp-content/themes/jacqueline/skins/default/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards.php on line 1
There has been a critical error on this website.”
Also – will I have to recreate my whole site now that it’s going from WPBakery to Elementor?

I’ve contacted via support but I need urgent help as I have various issues. First, I started upgrading from WPBakery to Elementor which is annoying because I have to rebuild the site.
And now I can’t add the license key because I can’t deactivate it via https://deactivate.themerex.net/ because it says “You’ve reached the maximum reset attempts”.
Second, I’ve got an error I can’t get rid of in the header

When i activated only one the reminders of SMS of Bookly Cloud i’m paying 2 sms of 0.15 cent per person, when i must be paying 1 sms of 0.15 cent (my sms is short, the issue is noot for characters). How i can fix it? I cant talk with bookly because i have not licence key, i only have the plugin with your theme.

Hello, i upgraded the theme in December 2021 to 2.0 version and saw the styles went weird and didn’t realise i had to recreate my whole site.
I have been attempting to recreate the layouts, etc but run in to many problems with missing stylesheets.
I have deactivated the theme, deleted it, reinstall the theme, added the child theme, uploaded the demo data and still have errors with the theme. also deleted the pages, layouts, plugins to reinstall them too, but still errors.
Can i get assistance please? Would i need to wipe everything i have on my website build everything from scratch? (includes content, media)

As for booking facilitated with Bookly plugin at https://jacqueline.themerex.net/bookly-appointment-booking/ , online payments is not available in the free version. You need to purchase and download the Bookly Pro add-on.

I have several problems:
1. The changing of the colors does only work with CSS. In this way, it is really troublesome to design the website. This affects the navigation, the subtitles, the background color of the buttons. Isn’t there a way to finalize the color change in all areas?
2. I want to change the font of the subtitles. But changes in the Theme Options only cause a default font to be displayed.

The colors and fonts are edited in in Customize -> Colors and Typography. If you want to change the color of the certain element/button only, without affecting the other elements, you should add the CSS code for this element specifically.
