Hi. Been very happy with the theme until now – just did a theme update and all has changed. Updated to version 2 and all my customization has gone. When I revert to a previous backup I get an critical error. What can be done about this? Please my site is not functionly correctly and all that was done was a theme update – which until now has been easy.

Hey I’m having major issue with the theme where I am not able to edit anything.
The issue is caused by the ThemeREX Addons plugin. This plugin is incompatible with the Elementor page builder and when this plugin is active, Elementor is unable to load.
Sadly this plugin came shipped with your Rosaleen theme that is currently running its latest version. As such, the only permanent fix for the issue would be getting the updated version of the ThemeREX Addons plugin if such a version exists.
Therefore, I’m reaching out to findout whether they can provide you with a version of this plugin that is compatible with the latest version of Elementor or how I’m suppose to to edit the website?

Got a problem on my website with the contact form. Don’t want to expire the support only because of this little (but big) thing. The contact form is not working, it is not sending. What I can find out is that there is a problem with the admin emailadresse. When I want to change it, there comes that I should get an email to confirm it. But there is coming no email. And the other thing is that anyway to the old admin address also the contact form is not sending anything. And I cannot find any other issue and all the other supports can also not…. Not the host and not the support of the contact form 7… What to do? Thank you for helping me!
