Hi, I need your help with a prepurchase question, All looks great and fit my needs but one thing I cannot find,

I need to add 2 type of taxes that are not compunded with eachother, 1 tax is ONLY for the days of hosting/stay service and the second tax is for the total, exempting a double taxation with the hosting tax, ex:

Rent a room for $100 per day as an example.

10 days rent: $1,000.00 Cleaning fee $50.00 per stay Pet ($10/day) $100.00 total

TOTAL without tax: $1,150.00

VAT TAX 10% of total amount: $115.00 HOSTING TAX 3% *only applicable to 10 DAYS CHARGE: $30.00

TOTAL WITH TAX: $1,295.00

I hope I explained well what I need so I can have 2 taxes and no matter theamount of additional fees or days the 2 taxes are repareted form each other, 1 tax only for the total of days rented and the second for the total amount without taxing again the 3% of the first tax.

@Eurectory I completely agree with everything you say. I will go tomorrow to put a written complaint to the authorities of my country (Spain) so that they do something about it. As consumers of digital products I feel cheated. Neither envato nor the theme author will refund my money for something I buy that doesn’t work properly. I am right and I will assert myself, it is a shame that the developer ignores my comments so I will take legal action to ensure that justice is done. Full of bugs, issues and no customer understanding. Poor service, beautiful design. The support reply just whatever, no sense in most cases it feels like they don’t even read the messages. I even send images and videos… Still nothing… My main setting page to edit is not appearing any more and I still not got support on that although I have recently extended my support. This theme is only beautiful outside, rusty inside. Your job is to create stable theme and fix issues immediately… Also, you must listen your clients and add more functions without killing the previous. Horrible experience, lost 1 year, I have gone and come 3 times and still your theme is not ready to take a business live! Such a shame and waste of time for all!

I think support does not read prior reply or just don’t understand English at all… Totally random replies and major issues in every update over a year now. Beautiful design but… Far away from been stable and ready to go on with your business.

This is the worst tech support I have ever seen. The author of this topic completely ignores the gross mistakes he makes a thousand times and not only doesn’t upload updates to envato but also takes a week to give a random reply instead of reading the comments. Whoever wants to spend his money on this theme can do so, I am very sorry for buying this theme.

I have found a sympatic issue generate after tha last update when people using “istant booking” ......

afer booking, inside entries, the details of booking have some problems for checkin and checkout dates every day change with the date of the day and not show the real booked date, and lose one line of adult numbers.

Example:

I want to remember you that this issue come only by using “Instant Book” !!!

my experience regarding this topic… in a nutshell… very bad. I bought this theme and seeing that there is a serious error, I communicate it to the developer on envato and request a refund. the developer doesn’t want to give me my money back and envato doesn’t do anything about it. the theme has a serious error and it is that you cannot delete a list from the front part. Like me, other users have reported the same problem and the author of the theme replies that he has already solved it and that we wait for an update to be uploaded (no date)... in my case I bought a theme to do a project on the internet that I can’t do because the author of this topic does not want to upload an update. I could say many negative things about what is happening to me…

Would be great to see some of the “Heilz” theme feaures here, like th login style box, the search box, etc…

this theme is like buying a new car (everything nice on the outside) but with many flaws inside and when you want to use it the one who sells it to you says wait until they fix the engine (no date). This is how the developer of this theme is acting. According to him, I already fixed the problem that the listings cannot be deleted but no update is uploaded. this is hilarious
