Hello, Thank you for purchasing our theme. To set the Header – Landing page for all page, please go to Customize > General Options > Header > Choose Header – Landing Page for the Header Style. To set the Header for a single page, edit it with Elementor, > Settings (gear icon on bottom left of the panel) > Header & Footer > Header Style > choose the header you want for this page. I have a more important question:
when I export one of the Pollock pages as a template and then import it in another website with a different theme, everything appears different (none of the styles and those beautiful things show!). I have installed all the the necessary plugins required for Pollock on the destination website as well.
is there any hidden widget or plugin in the pollock theme that make things seem so beautiful and different in the elementor? I mean, how can I have the same look of Pollock pages in another theme?

By default, most of things are styled by our plugin Masterlayer-addons-for-elementor. But there are some general things (header, footer) are styled and use script in theme. When you change the theme, it may cause some incompatible issues, or missed some styles. Don’t worry, you can tell us what section doesn’t look good and we help you copy the missing code from theme to plugin and it will work well.

it’s not about the menus, or footer and other things.
when I copy the elementor items from your theme and paste them in one of the pages in the Buddyboss template, (or save and then import elementor template), nothing works, all those beautiful styles go away and only a simple text and pictures remain.

Yes, most elements use Elementor and Masterlayer plugin. There are some special elements that uae other plugin for contact form, product.. but i think it’s not your case. Could you contact us via email and send us some screen capture?

I’ve tested with default theme. The css files of Masterlayer plugin only loaded for pollock theme. You can edit the file wp-content/plugins/masterlayer-addons-for-elementor/loader.php. In line 122, change the code wp_enqueue_style( ‘mae-widgets’, MAE_URL . ‘assets/css/mae-widgets.css’, array( ‘pollock-theme-style’ ), ‘1.0’ ); to wp_enqueue_style( ‘mae-widgets’, MAE_URL . ‘assets/css/mae-widgets.css’, array(), ‘1.0’ ); It will do the trick. i just imported the demo manually and inserted all of the demo file contents, but most of the images are missing! that’s logical because just a few of the images of your demo have added to the library.
how can I have a complete demo with all those images in your demo? should I use that one-click importer? that is, you have not included all the images in the demo folder in the download file i purchased?
Hi, Thank you for purchasing our theme. It may happens because you have a low network, or your server limit the size downloading. If possible, could you create a temporary account for us? We help you to upload the missing images. Or we send you all images of theme and you can import it manually. 3rd options is recheck the network and increase the memory limit, and try import again. But it may create some duplicate posts and pages. For increase memory limit, you can go to our document (section install & demo import troubleshoot) http://tplabs.co/pollock/document/ . btw: i’m running the demo on a localhost (offline);
This is the first time or you tried some times. If it’s the first time, could you check the network and try again. I’ve checked on our localhost, and all images were imported well.

I think it’s related to my network; I think my internet connection is too slow (i’m working here in the middle of a dessert for my job). I think the last time my pc was cut off from the internet as I was importing the demo. This time it’s connected and it’s been 20 minutes that it’s busy importing the demo files. I think it’s just downloading the images from your database and because my internet speed is so low, it takes a long time for the import process to complete. If it will not finish in 1 hours, i will just let you know, so we can do sth about it. ithanks for your great support!

Hi, Yes, You can change color background. Goto Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Main Content > General > Background to change background color of all page. The most of pages are built with Elementor, you can change background color for each single page or each section in using options of Elementor too.
