Hello Can you help me with double user role registration, employer and candidate. 1. In my demo content (classic) I haven’t content about candidate. 2. In Extended version – I have page: “Candidate dashboard”, BUT in this page only shortcode “[candidate_dashboard]” WITHOUT correct page content. 3. With respect to your query here, normally we use this support forum for pre-sale queries. The above query is not related to presale. I can also see it is involving code editions, which may be custom. If it is about custom work on translation code, we do not support this unfortunately as it is not within our support scope.
Also, we are not able to provide support for users who are not verified to have purchased the theme. I recommend consulting your developer who bought the theme to create tickets for you. If you want a license migration you can consult Envato regarding this.

With respect to your query here, we do not recommend using the stats plugin with the jobify theme but instead with our listify theme. The compatibility of the the plugin is designed to work with the listify theme instead. This could be the reason you are getting these errors on your site.

The theme simply focuses on listing jobs available and allowing candidates to apply to these jobs. It is more of a directory site than a goal-focused job site. It also comes with extensive functionality from third party plugins that help you create several dashboards like for candidates or employees.

Why dont you have tutorials with audio esp English audio for Jobify? other themes have 1hr videos on how to setup the themes. This is my first time using a theme to start a job board and Im lost. Your website has a folder section that offers even more confusion. Why arent none of your skins producing the same results as the demo. they dont look anywhere close to what the demo shows. please do something about this or help me get my refund.

With respect to your query here, Absolutely, the theme does not come with the Elementify plugin out of the box as this is an additional functionality. You would have to purchase it separately from our Astoundify website. As for the addon bundle it includes the listing payments plugin but this plugin only works with the Listify theme and not Jobify. The Jobify theme works well with the paid listing plugin instead.

That all makes sense now. When I installed the Listings plugin it causes WP Job Manager to crash and create a critical error. Got it.
Also, how do I know which add-ons from the bundle work with Jobify theme?

With respect to your query here, within the addon bundle approximately 50% of the plugins work with the Jobify theme. Here are the plugins which you should be able to work with: Job Designer, User Locator, Modalify, Auto Job Suggest, Auto Location, Predefined Regions, Contact Listings, and Elementify.

1. Can the applicant sign up through Google or Facebook or apply as Guest (without registration)? 2. Is it possible to Apply to Job directly from the main listing, rather than first directing the user to Job Description page and then applying? 3. Can we customize user registration (ie. Require only Name, Email, Phone number and file drag/drop box) 4. As a website Admin (not as an employer, but as website owners) can we see how many applications were sent to specific job postings?

- Currently we do not offer social login or registrations as a default feature within the theme. You may have to use an external third-party plugin that is compatible with WooCommerce Account management to achieve that.
- At the moment the current way of applying for a job is within the listing itself. A candidate will have to access the listing from the single listing template in order to apply for the specific job.
- Unfortunately the registration is managed by Woo-commerce and it is hardly customisable without using custom code.
- Well you can see the applications if you are using the Application for WP Job Manager plugin within your site as the plugin does facilitate this.

I just wanted to leave some feedback with regards to the latest update (4.0.7) – the new inclusion of line 118 in functions.php:
‘includes/wpjm-geolocation.php’,
and the addition of file ’/jobify/includes/wpjm-geolocation.php’ causes a fatal error if you already have the WPJM Geo Location add-on plugin installed..
The function gjm_old_verion_admin_notice() can only be declared once and this plugin contains the same file/function. It would be great if you could introduce a fix for this such as a check to see if it doesn’t already exist.
