long time user, love the theme.
if i may ask as i’m going crazy the past 2 nights. for https://everyonesracquetnj.com/ i cannot remove the header – specifically the phone and hours. the client sold their business and disabling or cleating out the info section does nothing. code shows
seems some toggling around fixed it, now my issue is turning off the search icon
seems i have to save the homepage for the theme changes to take effect
Hi, great theme, been using for a long, long tim – since 2015! 
As you recall, unable to update from backend per your diagnosis, so I always update manually, no problem. But the plugins are not updated. Currently, Essential Grid is Version 3.1.5 but should be 3.1.9.3 or at least something from this year, but it can’t be updated when I update the theme. Also, WPBakery Page Builder is very old – still at v8.1. I haven’t been able to update your bundled plugins in a long time, and the link to your documentation is broken. Can you send a later version of these so I can manually update? Thank you

I am one of your oldest buyers i think 2016 
We have our site running for years. I wanted to upgrade the theme because it was versions behind and i get purchase code no valid.
I dont think that there was a registration in 2016…i update some times after that without asking the purchase code. Now after push activate theme it asked so i copy it there and nothing… i get code is not valid! I tried your support and there you ask for a new license to support my problem that my license that i have bought is not working. So i have no other way to contact to fix this problem so i can update.

I dont miss my purchase code it its there. Its not the only theme i have because i am a developer. I copy it and it says always Purchase Code is not valid. I have send you a screenshot of that from your profile page 2 times…but no answer. There you see the code that is exactly the right. I hope you give us a solution. Thank you in advance

My version is currently 5.7. I would like to update, but get an error: themeforest.net refused to connect. Also, the error in the theme update panel says, “Cannot load theme-update-notifier.” Not asking for support, just procedure to update, since automatic is not available. Thank you, freevision

Hi. I have done the latest update (November 10th) but in my plugins it says it wants to upgrade the WPBakery plugin. Because it shows a serious vulnerability before version 6.4 (could allow a malicious actor to inject malicious scripts, such as redirects, advertisements, and other HTML payloads into your website which will be executed when guests visit your site. This vulnerability has been fixed in version 6.4.1.) when will there be an upgrade from your side to fix it? Thanks

If you have not made any changes on parent theme’s files (PHP, JS, CSS…) nothing will be lost, but you can always keep a full backup of your site before proceeding to update, just in case.

i am using ultimate footer by wp bakery to add custom footers to the theme. i followign their directions – it still shows theme footer – they recommended disabling theme footer. how can i disable the theme footer ?

First of all – just wanted to say this is by far the best theme support I have ever have in all my years of design. Just epic; whether submitting a formal ticket – or using this comment /response feature in themeforest – its unbelievable – and I will add that to a review… which I never write!
Now questions, in using this theme – I have forgone using another page builder I was familiar with – and tried my hand at WP Bakery / Visual Composer – which is far more compatible. I have spent couple days learning the plugin – really enjoying it.
However, I seem to be a little confused about a couple things and am hoping for some guidance -
WP Bakery used to be Visual Composer correct so the same?
I have both plugins installed (had another theme I used a few years ago that recommended Visual Composer and Site Origin but never implemented them)
In uploading BuildMe I saw that Visual Composer was recommended – I activated, updated and purchased a license. Yet, previewing theme after competed the installation – that there was some raw coding when pages loaded on frontside. I Did a little research and found that Visual Composer was now WP Bakery – so I installed, active, and purchased license for VC. Yet, I still saw some issues in previewing pages.
Following WP trouble shooting protocol – disabled plugins etc, then reactivating one by one starting with Themes required plugins. WALA! Found Theme appeared totally correct with best with WP Bakery.
So I deactivated Visual Composer altogether – and have been sticking with WP Bakery. Now, in familiarizing myself with the WP Bakery plugin their literature it shows one of the most favorable features is the FrontEnd Editor feature…
I don’t see that option. I read troubleshooting why that would be – 1st suggestion edit Role Managers within WP Bakery setting and check off Front End editor. However, my WP Bakery roe manager page doesn’t even show this as an option.
I am wondering if its disabled fo theme – or if im missing something.

WP Bakery used to be Visual Composer correct so the same? Not anymore, Visual Composer completely different thing now and its former name for WPBakery Editor. And BuildMe uses WPBakery Page editor not Visual Composer (as you already found out ) and many of the components designed to work with backend editor.

based on previous comments and replies that a transparent header and transparent navigation is not an option – does that still apply? If transparent nav and or head is not an option – is there a way to reduce the height of the navigation bar ? or reduce the menu padding within the nav bar?

Hello – resolved server end issue and now successfully making edits and changes. Question about the “about minimal” page – on the demo website it shows a slideshow – my page has no such such show- just a grey space filler – what are the specs for the template page setup ? default? In dev mode on demo live site it shows Ozy – but I cannot see it in my site from demo files

HI yes, I will – another question before I do – apparently server issue wasn’t resolved – spoke with host today they said files migrated over weren’t complete and paths were for a temp domain as they hadn’t pointed mine in time – so there’s a conflict in pages showing correctly as some of the files being called aren’t in correct location. How can I reinstall site features – like style sheets and js files and images without running risk of losing all the work that has been done already and deleting theme then reinstalling

Hi, I recently moved my theme from godaddy cpanel to godaddy wordpress managed site – I would to create a duplicate of the home page template I choose to edit as I don’t want to mess with the original. however in looking through the files on the file manager in the managed Wordpress I am not able to determine which php file is the “primary” home page. Like if I wanted to copy the home-1 how would I do that?
