My support has ended but I’d like to report a bug of your theme: when I published my website one year ago, in the top bar (subheader) I had the language switcher (WPML), as one feature of your template. Try to make the following:
- Check if you have the latest version of the theme and all the required plugins;
- Check if you cleared all the caches;
- If you have a child theme try to disable it and check if the issue still exists;

Hi. Finally I can say that there’s something wrong with language switcher in top bar (subheader): in the demo theme I can’t see the language switcher; I have everything updated; when I go to theme settings > header & menu > subheader, I can see that “Enable language switcher in subheader” is on but the language switcher position is empty. I can’t put the language switcher shortcode so I really don’t know how to fix this issue.

Love the theme, but I have noticed on the demo product pages from your website, you have quite a bit of detail in the “description” field, which includes a link to a video, a progress bar, plus other features. As an example: https://stockie.clbthemes.com/product/plastic-jug-a28/
Is there a way you can do this direct in the description box? It is not clear? Or do you have to build the description on a different page and then copy and paste the code?

Hello, after the latest update there are some dropdown select fields hidden on a product page on some devices. The dropdown select fields are from “Woocommerce Extra Product Options” plugin and your style.css is overriding their dropdown style. I already bought a useless support license (40$) for their plugin but the said, the theme developer have to fix this issue. Before i buy a new support license for your theme, can you please let me know if you can help me with this issue? I have sent you a private message with the details.

Hello, your theme it looks nice, i hope to make people decide which builder like to use, for me i like to use Elementor than WPBakery and there is a lot people like me, if you can add this feature to choose between 2 builders pre-built website, and thank you.

Thanks guys, your theme will compete other themes like “kalles and elessi” and others, if you add Elementor builder and a header builder and some tricks like fake sale, product views …, it will be great and hope to add Elementor as soon as possible a lot of themes trying to change all their demos from wpbakery to Elementor and Gutenberg because wpbakery is heavy and not stable for a lot of people , and Elementor gives us a lot of possibilities, Because Creative team + stable and easy backend = success

- For Elementor as soon as possible because I want to use the theme for my shop. - Hope to add some features that you aLready added to Ohio theme like “dark/light” feature and so on, and other feature like i mentioned above, you can just take some inspire from “kalles,elessi” and please try to add it as code not as plugins because et will make theme heavy and bad in performance. - we are waiting for your huge update guys ^^
Unfortunately Elementor compatibility will take pretty much time to be implemented. So if you want to start your project soon, I’d suggest you choosing another theme on ThemeForest.
