Hello, I tried to update my spalab theme (spalab-old version) but between the versions of php, wordpress and plugins, I am lost. Currently I am in 5.0 for wordpress, 5.6 for php and 1.9 for spalab. I tried in 6.0.3 for Wordpress, 7.4 for php and 3.6 for spalab-old but I have a lot of critical errors. So I’m looking for help. Of course, I am ready to renew spalab support, but I would like to be sure that their support will be complete and that I will be supported until everything is working properly. Hello, i wanted to be more efficient by using the right bottom form of your support page, and sent you something last week, but nothing, no answer ! So i ask here. We’ve been using your theme since years, and now the booking plugin (booked) is not working anymore : spinning circle when we choose a timeslot. This bug is stopped when we disable woocommerce plugin, but thats not what we want, we need it too (booking a timeslot need woocommerce payment). We dont ask for help, we can make an update of your theme, even with a fresh wordpress installation to get something completely “clean”, but we discovered that the booked function is not here, it seems that your reservation module has changed. We just want to know whats the way for old theme user who are on “booked” if they want to get the last theme versions. Thx;

Great day. Sorry for the late reply. As of now, our plugin will support cash on arrival and PayPal support only. We haven’t implemented our theme with WooCommerce payment integration. We will note and consider this a future update and will work on this.

Hello, sorry but I did not understand your answer (french people here). I’m talking about reservation with booked plugin (or whatever new plugin now), and woocommerce payment ( Compatible With WooCommerce 5.7.x is mentioned on the theme description). Are you saying that something that worked before, is not available anymore with last theme updates ?

Our theme is compatible with WordPress 6.0.x and WooCommerce’s latest version as well. Like if you’re using the shop page in the theme it will be working fine well in our theme.
As per our conversation you’re talking about the appointment booking plugin details, from that, we have implemented cash-on-arrival and PayPal integration only. So that booking page will work those functionalities.

Ok, so can you tell me which theme version is the last one with still booked plugin and woocommerce working fine together? And can you send us this version on the email i’ve sent you with the support form ? (our theme version is 3.0 at the moment), and last question, would you know if it will still work in the years coming just like this. thx. I would add a comment, saying, that i’ve seen a lot of case of theme updating which needs fresh install, or changing page builder, etc, its a part of the game, and improve experience, but NEVER a function disappear like this. For clients who chose your theme especially for booked function and made a hard job to build a weekly calendar linked with ecommerce products that can be “bought”, you are killing both shop and reservation, thats not normal and we will report this.

Im a bit puzzled, the Catalog Template used to show chosen categories in alphabetical order. Since updating is no longer doing so. Is there a compatible drag and drop category order plugin you are aware of or a piece of coding I am missing? I have been using your design for years, I would hate to change it but the catalog does need to be in alphabetical order (I have changed dates of publish to see if that would work to no avail.

Heads up – the Unyson plugin is not operating. Demo content cannot be downloaded nor can anything else from the plugin settings.
See: Failed to access Github repository “ThemeFuse/Unyson-Backups-Extension” releases. (cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5000 milliseconds)
I don’t see any solutions being offered from Unyson so if there is another way to install the demo content…...please advise

Got it – thanks. One followup question to avoid a new thread. I have never updated the theme on a live site (I rebuilt my site from the bottom up when v. 3 was updated) I have v. 5.3 installed, is there a blueprint to update to 5.4?
additionally – I was also wondering about a possible addition of a vertical left side main menu navigation option in the future?

Before I dive into the comments here – do you have a css to…1) change the grey color on the procedures bg and darken the text? 2) the picture icons next to each service in the catalog (1 and 2) is there a css to remove the picture entirely? or a option to add a description in catalog 3 (as it is now it does not show publicly)

Thanks for contacting us and being interested in our theme. As of now, we don’t have a discount option for the reservation. From our end, we can’t implement this feature in the theme due to workload.
Will note these options, and maybe in the upcoming theme update will implement this feature in the theme. But it is possible to create this function in our theme, you can get the source from outside and you can implement it in the theme.

- Does your theme have the different store location to let the customer choose when he makes the reservation? Because I don’t find it on your demo theme.
I have multi different spa store in different location, so when the customer makes the reservation, he needs to choose the store location first, then choose the service and worker. Each worker is in the different store location too.
Please show me if possible to get this function!
- Does the shop manager or admin can block one time for one worker quickly? If yes, this is the fast way for admin or shop manager to manage the worker’s time, if need block the time by adding a new customer and service will lose time for me.

Does your theme have the lunch time for workers? Example, if I select the 12.00 pm – 13.00 pm with every day for the worker 1 to lunch, and the lunch time can apply for every day with quickly set up if possible.

Old theme (3.5 and old version) users who like to switch to the new version (5.3) of our spalab theme, need to use the theme on a fresh site only.
The old theme data cannot be used with the new version of the theme.

hello, I bought this theme years ago, my client is going to change domain and I am migrating the web. I have uploaded a copy to the new domain and in the “spalab options” section the different headers to choose from do not appear. why could it be? Thank you
I have already managed to import by following the instructions in the demo headers. However, when clicking on customize, to change skin colors as in previous versions, WP gives me an error. I have deleted the entire Web and installed everything from scratch just in case and same problem. I have restored to a version of Wordpress 5.7.5, since everything worked fine for me, in case it was not compatible with 5.9 and I cannot customize it, it gives me an error.
