hello,
I purchased your QWERY theme last night and installed it on a test URL to try out the theme and features.
I have since deleted the URL and test site.
Now I can’t use the purchase code for any other features on the intended url, so the theme is absolutely useless to me now.
Can you please delete the first URL that is coded to my purchase code so I can use it with the intended site, and if that is not an option, could you please refund the them price and I will go elsewhere.

Greetings! I have installed the Qwery theme but since I have done something wrong, I resetted the website using the WP Reset Plugin. Now, when I try to reinstall it, it says the purchase code is already in use. Could you please assist me?

I cannot update the skin or additional plugins. The theme updates fine.

I am only using this license on one website. The license is connected and activated on the domain.
I do not want to pay for new support just to be able to update the theme.
I love the theme and have had no issues with it.!
So am I correct in saying this… I have your theme running the Mechanic skin but I want to use one of the included theme Elements (specifically Interactive Links). Would I have to install the main Qwery skin & copy the elements from there or save what I need to Elementor templates to have access to these Elements?

I have purchased this theme about a dozen times in the last year but I have had a major issue when I tried to update the theme to the new 2.0 version. The sites are basically destroyed. I have to revert to a saved copy to reestablish the site. What is the issue? It has lifetime updates.

please note: I’m already trying to add demo pages from Demo Data Import from the theme panel and tell me imported done but I don’t see these pages in all pages in WordPress dashboard

A while back I was testing the template on a test site and I forgot to disable the purchased code on that wordpress before deleting it.
Please, could you help me by releasing the code to be able to use it in my new hosting since that website was forgotten in the past.
Envato won’t let me disable it from their system.
I can’t generate a ticket because it says it has expired, but I don’t remember even using the support service and now I want to use this great template, however I can’t because of what I mentioned initially :/

I found the issue, your theme doesnt support PHP > 7.3. Note that PHP 5.5, PHP 5.6, PHP 7.0, PHP 7.1, PHP 7.2, and PHP 7.3 are deprecated. so what will happen if my hosting decided to stop that version??????
