tooo much issue with the elementor plugin with this theme, i havs top notch server, good ram, gave wp and php limit of 2048M still it refuses to load, i had done everything as needed but seems there are many compatibility bugs

Please kindly make sure that your current server limits are properly set according to the minimum server required limits for the theme. I have setup your theme on multisite setup and I have 4 subdomain in it. Out of 4 subdomain on 3 I setup the demo properly. But on 4 subdomain I am not able import any demo.
Whenever I try to import demo the process never start on that domain.
Is there any limitation for multisite website. Is there any other way available to import the data.
Please guide us.

I like the theme and I and buyed but you have some problems with elementor bulilder. I have already sent you a ticket with the problem for you, the theme is obviously not compatible with the new elementor builder, because when you open the builder, the builder does not open the elements and does not start. When I uninstalled the new builder and installed v.3.0.12 everything loaded quickly, but there is a problem because the builder does not open the elements. Fix it and everything else will be fine. And please reply to the ticket I sent you.
I discovered the problem. The google map element plugin is not compatible and this plugin does not allow the element builder to load. I don’t know if that bothers for further editing and functionality of the page?

Wordpress 5.9 and the ‘Elementor Header & Footer Builder’ plugin do not play nicely together. Will you be updating the plugin to fully support 5.9?
To narrow in on the issue…..I believe that ‘Elementor Header & Footer Builder’ v1.6.10 is not compatible with ‘Elementor’ v3.6.2. As soon as I roll Elementor back to version 3.5.6 it works again. I also rolled back the header plugin 1 version.

I understand that, but to use your theme as per demo’s on your site these plugins are required. I also think that this may help future users who run into similar problems after following your Documentation. (Which tells you to install these plugins…..) Is the onus on you guys to investigate this further? or change your doco to suit?
Sure, we are using this plugin. However, we can not interfere with the development process of the plugins by third-party authors.
Moreover, the compatibility update with the Elementor was released 2 weeks ago. By the way, it is working properly on our testing websites.
Have you tried to disable other plugins check the Elementor Header and Footer builder?

I have tried two ways to solve the problems, but failed. 1. I deactivated “SM Widgets”, then some of the contents appears on the pages again, but hyperlinks, colors, and menus of the original theme have been lost…. Then I reactivated “SM Widgets”, unfortunately all the contents on the pages cannot been seen. Everything is lost…. 2. I restored all the files and database(automatic backup by system on Feb 25, 2022) on the Siteground background. But when I open my web again, all the content on the pages cannot been seen. It is still blank.
I do not know how to handle this. It seems that there is a big problem with your theme built-in plugin. Would you please do me a favor how to solve this problem? Your help and support will be highly appreciated.
