Sirs: On October 13 I sent you an email with all the access data to the WordPress installation ( https://langumir.com/portal ), with all the access data by FTP and you never responded to me to fix the problem that I told you about. Please make or explain how to make some checkout or add to cart button work in your wordpress theme. I developed hundreds of web sites, I never had problems with WooCommerce but from your theme I can’t get any payment button of any created course to work. If any “special” and additional module is necessary, testing from a php file, you should indicate it. The current modules that I have active work with other websites with Woocommerce. The Woocommerce that is installed together with the theme that I bought from you works, but I can’t get any “Add to cart” button of a course created with your theme to work. This is the problem for which I request your assistance, it should be something automatic. One by creating the course and setting a price, it should work. I have everything created up to Woocommerce, I detailed everything in the emails, there are no more options than all the ones I tried to be able to make it work, maybe the problem is somewhere else, that’s why I request support.

Sirs: Good morning! I really appreciate your attempt to help but I keep getting errors on the website. There are the newly created Woocommerce pages. I managed to get the “Add to Cart” button to be active but there is some loop that crashes the website and the connection to the database is interrupted. I tested several times and your WordPress theme sends too many queries similar to a database attack, it slows down the website and the server cuts the connection to the database and drops the database connections of all users of other websites. Luckily, the service restarts automatically. When I do not enter the website https://langumir.com/portal all the websites on the server work correctly, when I enter to “buy” a course the entire website crashes, when I am logged in as admin and try to create another page The entire website crashes, when I try to modify something from woocommerce the entire website also crashes and generates that database connection error. I have other websites with woocommerce and this problem never happened to me. I changed the php versions from 8.1 to 7.4 and the same error occurs, the WordPress version is 5.9.5 and I don’t update it to 6.1 because apparently your theme doesn’t work with that version. If you can’t fix this, I request that you give me my money back and cancel the license. I can’t loose more time. You have access to everything, even from the htaccess you can choose the version of php that you want. I asked if an additional active module was necessary, but you never answered me. I wait for your last answer and if you don’t check anything, I will remove the host, your WordPress theme will be very nice but in terms of functionality it is useless to me.

Does your WordPress theme need any special php.ini or .user.ini settings? I deleted both files to observe the behavior of the theme.

It is not a hosting problem. It is my own server, many websites run on WordPress. Your theme is not working properly. Remove my license and give me my money back. You didn’t log in to the host to help because no login other than mine shows up. I will buy another theme from another company. If you don’t know how it should be configured, your support is depressing.

Hello, We’ve purchased this theme and looks good. However, we noticed the theme has a layout issue with the header part (https://kalvi.wpengine.com/online-learning/). It seems, the header is not optimised on mobile view. I had to hide it on mobile for a client demo. This requires immediate attention, kindly help.
Issue we face – The top bar menu is not aligned & stacking down, Burger menu & Search Icon is misaligned and taking a huge amount of space. This consumes a 80% of the first fold view.
