Just purchased and imported. Did not fully import and is not visible on the front end.

Now there is a critical error. This is a brand new site with elementor pro installed.

In case demo data installation is stuck and you see “Error load data from the file … ” error message, you can manually install it by downloading the default.zip archive with demo data from our server. The archive should be unzipped. Then create demo/ folder in wp-content/themes/holy-church/ directory and copy /default folder to wp-content/themes/holy-church/demo.

Theme file in the Downloads page is 2.16 version. BUT in the website interface on the Updates page it’s stated: “You have version 2.16.0 installed. Update to 2.18.0.” the same applies to theme’s plugins, addons, skins – it’s not updating whatever one does! Hundreds of absolutely useless attempts! And this has been happening for a long time. Your servers are intentionally blocking access to updates for reputable customers.

When I activate the Maintenance Mode in Wordpress, the maintenance mode isn’t shown. Is the Theme interfering?

Can we please get this theme updated to work with PHP 8.2 or later versions? The theme does NOT allow for editing pages and more.

Is it possible to easily add a registration form to Events? I would like to enable free registration on my website for various events. Is it built into the template or can I easily use a plugin like WPForms?

The package includes the Events calendar plugin. Feel free to integrate the addon Event tickets https://theeventscalendar.com/products/wordpress-event-tickets/ with the theme to have a free or paid registration for events.

The theme contains Contact form 7 plugin https://holy-church.ancorathemes.com/contacts/ We cannot guarantee full theme compatibility with WPForms since it is a third-party plugin, and we have not tested it with the template. However, you may try using the plugin with the theme.

Are you updating the theme to include the WP Bakery Update? I am getting this message” “There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 6.11.0 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

Tried. When I submit a ticket, it says “Sorry, this email address is already registered.” When I try without putting in an email/password, it says: “OH NO, YOU MISSED SOMETHING … “Email address” can’t be empty. “Password” can’t be empty. Please enter a valid email address.”

When I try to log in, it says: ” Please check your email.”

I never get an email.

To be more specific, we have updated the theme core to ensure better security and compatibility with PHP 8.x, WP 6.x and the new plugins (Give, Smash Balloon Instagram Fee, Advanced Popups, Elegro Crypto Payment). The updated theme version has a significant advantage. It is built with Elementor so you could use all its widgets and options.

However, the new version still has basic compatibility with WPbakery Visual page builder. Also, you may continue using the previous version of the theme since it is fully functional for now.

But we would still recommend you updating the theme to 2.x. Technology does not stand still. It takes innovative approaches to transform and modernize our framework. We all should keep up with the times.

Pre-Purchase Question: Does the theme support sticky header/menu? none of the demo show a sticky menu

I just checked with support and they said this “I’m sorry, but Qwery theme doesn’t allow to use a transparent background if sticky header is enabled.” and they rudely closed my ticket so I do not reply. How can I trust that this is not the same case with Holy Church Theme since you are the same developer and using the same plugins?

Different themes have different versions of the framework and different plugins and functionality. That’s why a solution for one theme may not be applied to another theme.
