Hi I’m having an issue. I just bought and correctly installed the theme according the the video. However, I’m missing a lot of content. Including buttons on homepage etc. It doesn’t look like the demo website at all. Could you help please?

That issue is reported after the WP update 6.1 launched Yesterday.
As a quick solution Please go to WP Dashboard >> Theme options >> Listing >> Listing submit and edit >> Page Style >> Select the style 1
Submit listing page will work fine. The issue is with the listing submit page style 2.
We are looking into the issue and finding the reason behind and will launch theme update today with a fix. So please stay connected we are working on it

I am downloading it fresh again to install, but when I select file in wordpress and click on install it says style css is missing and installation is failed. Please fix this and update the theme.

A very common issue that occurs with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the ListingPro theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly

Hello,
I would like to use Listingpro to create a classified listing site for users to sell products. Many of the example themes don’t display listings with specific price points for selling items. I see most are businesses or places. Is it possible to make listings be products with prices?
Example: If a user wants to sell a TV for $300, they can list that TV and other products similar to Facebook Marketplace

Lostingpro is a business listings directory and users can enlist their businesses on the site. There is no default feature to sell products using theme. If you want to use it for selling products then it might be achieved with customization

Hi, I have been installing and deleting the theme on my wordpress to test it. last I chose elemetor insteak of WP Bakey 5which was an obious mistake… I’m new at this… complete beginner and trying to figure this out by myself…
Now when I reload it to WP it doesn’t give me the option to chosse between Elementor or WP Bakery… how can i revert this? Thank you for your help

There is an option while importing the update content that if you want to create pages with elementor or WPBakery. If you have selected WPBakery then elementor will not work on Home page.
After that you can install the elementor plugin and need to draw the elements by Elementor on pages then it will work with Elementor. Or you have to import the content again and need to select Elementor
Pages created with WPBakery will be edited by WPBakery and pages created with Elementor will be edited with Elementor

Hi, that’s my problem, it doesn’t let me choose between WPBakery or Elementor, it only charges to Elementor which I do not want.
When I delete the theme and bring it back it it brings it ack in as elementor without giving me a choice of theme. why is it doing that?
Listingpro seems to have problems with PHP 8.0. When will this be fixed? Can you redirect me to a link to a help document or do have to renew (again) support? The theme gets very expensive if so. Thank you.

Theme is compatible with latest PHP version. PHP 8.0 was not stable therefor the 8.1 version was launched right after 8.0 Please update PHP to the latest version. Hope it will work for you

How can I deactivate Google Fonts because of GDPR? I have to store them local.
I installed the Loco Translation Plug-in to use the translation function, but it cannot be applied due to the following error.

There are issues with the ajax search if more than 1 or 2 characters are searched in php versions above 7.4 (admin ajax error 500 or 400). Php 7.4 end of life is in less than 30 days. When will the theme support php 8?

How do we disable the loin popup so it works with caching plugins?
Caching plugins are necessary for this day and age of bloated WordPress and plugins. Saw the login template under pages, That is not an option without removing the Sign-in Link on the right of the header. And removing the login link after the person logs in.
Please provide us with a way to remove this Popup and default to standard login.
