The theme detects the color names we type, but there is no label color for the color “Multicolor”. How can I do that? I’m posting an image link below that shows you where I’m talking about.

How do I add the PayPal Checkout button under the add to cart button on the product page? I couldn’t find it in the theme settings.

Hi. Your app is back ONLINE but it seems to have caught amnesia!! It doesn’t remember any of the previous settings and is asking me for the license code after a year that we’ve been using the app?!! What the heck is going on.

This website is heavily relying on the app features with thousands of daily visitors!!!

I can’t use your ticketing system as it seems to be suffering from amnesia too! It says that I need to create an account, when I attempt to do that, it says that I am already registered and when try to login, it doesn’t recognize my credentials either!!!! I AM ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED!

Hello, I purchased this theme a while ago. My license is still active on a shopify site I’m not using anymore for months. Since I did not subscribe any shopify plan I want to use the license in a new store (the current one is blocked because of unuse and no subscription). Can you please revoke my license on my old site, so I can use it on my new one? How can I do so?

I want to buy aditional license as well, when is that the current offer ends up?

Love the extras that comes with the theme, but it looks like the speed test is no where near the advertised, failed the web vitals too for both mobile and desktop. https://pagespeed.web.dev/report?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdemo.minimog.co%2F&form_factor=desktop speed matters a lot for SEO and Ux these day. Any plans on improving these?

so i use the minimog theme and after i did a website restoration the product act funny some show out of stock when they are in stock in edit product page and when i pick a variation the image wont change in product page it happens to the product i ve restored with website.

when i created a new product variation swatchers and product shows fine.

but for older products that got restored via cyberpanel website restore have bugs

show out of stock when they should show in stock and the imagine variation swatches wont display the image

And Also, having a linkable blog author name link with a customizable page/link would be great. If you are optimizing your theme to be the top SEO optimizer shopify theme, then you just have to make this as a feature. Google EAT is very important thing for SEO and people often want to know the author info.

Hello, I have purchased this theme for a client and the foxkit app simply does not work. The support was not helpful with ” Hello sir. You can access to Foxkit app => install demo for install new theme”. No, I can’t access to Foxkit app and no, the error message (“You don’t have access to the shop”) does not go away. The chat support was not supportive so far and operates only 1 or 2 hours per day with no indication for time zones. They simply stop responding with a “Back on Sunday” notifier. So far, this purchase was very bad and I hope to get support soon. If I don’t get the theme running on Monday, I will rate this accordingly.

I was able to solve it myself in the end – For anyone facing the same problem: On foxkit.app you have you enter not only your shop name like “yourshop”, but the whole backend URL of your shopify store like “www-yourshop-com”. Then it works like a charm! I will close my support tickets now.

Hi, we notice from the screenshot in your docs for Theme Installation that it is possible to have more than 1 demo theme as ‘unpublished themes’.

Before we choose a demo installation we need to know what is created, i.e. demo products and photos? Blog articles?

What demo content is created exactly?

Also, if we choose to install another demo theme then does it replicate the demo content on our site all over again?

We know from using demo content in WordPress themes, for example, that a lot of time is wasted in cleaning up our sites after installing demo content.

I have your theme in my shopping cart ready to go and I thought I’d try your Foxkit and Free Trial of theme to see if it fits my brand.

After I installed the demo version inside Foxkit, and clicked Preview Button I encountered this error:

Theme cannot be previewed because it’s missing one of these required files: layout/theme.liquid, config/settings_schema.json

Are you able to fix this so I can see on frontend if the theme suits my products?

We don’t control the price change since Minimog was in Envato campaign. Envato set the price automatically so it will go back to the normal price when sale time ends. Unfortunately, we can do nothing about that. Envato will run another campaign at the end of November, hope that Minimog can make it to the promo list. If you’re not urgent, you can wait till then.

2, Currently we don’t have any discount when customers buy Minimog and MinimogWP. You can wait till the end of November. Envato will run a huge campaign for BFCM. Both Minimog and MinimogWP will be on the list.
