Importing a prebuilt theme demo yields no result. No content, settings, pages, posts, or products are imported. (I purchased this theme a long while back, so support is expired, but I only just used it for the first time today.)

Solved! Switching to the parent theme and performing the import a second time solved this.

Hello, we currently have a big issue in our page, we couldn’t access some spaces for instance the orders and couldn’t edit any page too. Since a couple of days we are receiving an email which tells us that our page has an issue: the reported issue is: Fehler-Details

1/ Make sure you are using latest version of the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
3/ Make sure testimonials are enabled in Theme Options > General.
4/ Contact us via form on this page – https://themeforest.net/user/8theme Provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look and help you.

hello. which php version is avaible for xstore now? i had this warning: https://prnt.sc/iFCeE5LVimLl i got contact with hosting and they told me that the theme is still not avaible for php 8.0. they switched it to 7.4 and warning dissapeared. Has the theme not avaiable for 8.0 yet? or 8.1 ?

Hello i’ve been trying to register my new site after taking down my previous site but I forgot to deactivate the license and now new site is not letting me use the keycode.. I simply wanted to use my key on this site rather than other one. I dont have access to my previous site anymore because of sudden death of my HDD which had the backup.. Can you please do something ? Thanks for the response, I really appreciate that.. I found a backup of my site in my friend’s laptop and have successfully recovered and deactivated the license and now I can use it on my new website.

My website is loading slow even though it has aws cloudfront, tried disabling elementor plugin which improved the performance so much but broke sliders, I have tried all xstore performance settings, but would be great if is there any other method to improve the gtmetrix score by disabling any other plugins?

The latest theme update broke the Quick View Slider Arrows. I have had the Quick View setup with Off Canvas and Product Image set to Slider. Before the update, the left and right arrows would appear when you hovered over the product image within the Quick View Window, but after the update, the arrows no longer appear. I disabled all plugins to see if there was a new conflict created, but the issue still appears. I have had to revert back to the old version of the theme. Can you please fix this asap? Thank you.

since a few weeks all images are replaced by “xstore-placeholder-1×1.png”. what can be the reason? it’s all up to date.

I don´t know how or where he get the ”/var/www/vhosts/example.com/...” My webserver is with aaPanel and folders are: /www/wwwroot/example.com and not have httpdocs folder etc… Can´t be a server configuration because these folders don´t exist there.

When click edit theme, there is all fine, no missing fonts all is beautiful.

Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

How can you register into your theme Menu?? you have only one choice “Login” but no any other choice to register???
