Thank you for your interest in our themes. 1. Yes it is possible. 2 No we don’t support it. Note that most third party plugins work out of the box. The only difference with supported plugins is that if you run into issues we can’t help. Regards: VamTam
Hi, I updated the theme and installed the latest version of WooCommerce (version 7.4.0). Now I get the error that this file is out of date (lagar-child/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 7.0.1 is out of date. The major version is 7.4.0).
Where can I get the latest child version from?

As I said earlier, I can’t create a ticket, after completing the form, I get an error with access denied (this is about the support forum.) Using the form on this site, there was only a notification that the letter was sent and nothing more.
Check your spam folder. Apart from the notification email you should have another email from the Help Desk. Note that we got 50 -100 emails daily. So it works for sure. You can try emailing us directly – support+general@vamtam.com Regards: VamTam

Hello, I’d like to ask for your help with an issue we encountered with Lagar wine theme Recently, we had made an update to the last version of the theme, and we updated elementor to the last version also and woocommerce. After the update, the menu disappear (before, there are 2 menu, one on the left and another on the right). Not only, the link of the single product on Woocommerce now is different and now is all wrong. Hi there, I am really sorry for your experience. Unfortunately I have to confirm what my colleague have already explained in one of your tickets.
1. Elementor is fully compatible with WPML You can read this article – https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/
2. You have issues stemming from third party unsupported plugins. You can see the error in the console. You can also activate the default Elementor theme and you will notice you have the same problems. This is a simple test that rules our any theme related issues.
3. It is not a problem per se to use third party assets but you have to make sure they are compatible with Elementor, the theme and all the plugins. If you run into issues in most of the cases we can’t help as we are not familiar with them.
4. Elementor is also fully compatible with TranslatePress – https://translatepress.com/ which in my opinion is times easier than WPML. Although it is always best to stick with familiar plugins.
5. Last but not least, if you are not happy with the theme you can always get e refund.
