Why does the theme not have plugins?
Hi, not quite sure, what do you mean. Did you follow the steps described in our documentation https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/#installing-plugins ? All plugins are there.
The theme’s pages are missing. It does not work with the Elementor plugin. The theme is constantly giving errors, I do not recommend you to buy it. The support team does not speak well.

Hi! Thank you for your great them. The dns-prefetch in meta heaed. How to block this, how to delete this line or how to switch this off? This preconnection to google servers unfortunately is a violation of gdpr. Thank you for helping in this little but really important thing. Michael

Thank you. I’ve bought the theme two years ago. So no support option. However this is a request for all people from EU. For legal reasons the dns-prefetch to google servers should be closed. How to do this? Should be an option for next update, too. Because in EU some lawyers sends bills/warning letters for violating the gdpr by using google fonts. The dns-prefetch is a connectioon to the servers, too. The line in head should be removed as soon as possible. Please make the theme really gdpr ready. Thank you very much.

Hi there, I have serious trouble regarding the installation. When I choose WPBakery version this error appears: Could not copy file. thegem/languages/pt_BR.mo Previously I tried the Elementor version and could not install the core plugins. Now after two failes I tried to instal the Elementor version again and the same error massage appears Could not copy file. thegem/languages/pt_BR.mo. Just to make clear the first time I installed the Elementor version and could not fix the THEGEM THEME ELEMENTS plugin, I decided to delete the theme. After that I tried the WP Bakery version and the error mentioned above appeared.

I’ve imported the demo 404 page layout through the importer. But I am not clear on how to assign that layout AS the 404 page. using Elementor and the instructions I’ve found dont apply because of me using GEM theme. Help with how to assign imported layout as the 404 would be appreciated.

I am trying to update the theme on my Wordpress page but I am not able because I am getting the message that Purchase Code needs to be added. When I do that (it was already there anyway) I am asked to activate the theme. Unfortunately then I am told that it expired. My support has expired and I am unable to get any help.

Just to let you know, your theme is wonderful but you shouldn’t promote WPML, this is the worst shit ever, I spent 2 days for a very bad result, so many parts of your theme are not translatable, for exemple, your quickfinders, excerpt title, etc…
