I also read that page !!! activate license is not working ! Theme said It is already working, but when I want to activate plugin it says failed purchase code. This is the second time that I write this comment and the last time. And your comment is the worst comment I ever see, copy past to your documentation, what do you think that I never read that ? Your activation is broken
I don’t copy-paste the answer, I suggest you follow the documentation, not copy-paste, good if you already read that page, you didn’t mention it before. No one knows unless you mention it.
Try to open a new private window, make sure you didn’t log in to ThemeForest or the Jegtheme support forum yet. Then try to activate the theme license again.
If the problem still persists, we may need to do a further investigation because this problem is not a common issue. We don’t get this kind of report from other users.

Hi, is there any ways to change the HTML headings tag from h3 to h5 or less? Now jnews_block’s title is all H3 and it will cause some issue on my website.

If the title is h3 , my TOS plugin will include all jnews_block’s title in the TOS. Ideally I want to set it to h5 or less. Please tell me if you have workaround.

I need support for jnews theme. everyday I see lot of news are auto publishing under uncategorized like spam. I keep deleting but still hapenning. another thing is, the news are not showing on latest sorting though I make them sort by latest on elementor. can you guys help pls.

I cant seems to “update” ” WPBakery” from the plugin section !when ever i try updating this is what it says :
There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 6.10.0 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?
Issue 2
* Fake view counters: Doesnt deactivate, Why? How can it, be reset to its default?
View counter doesnt also work when a new visitor, lands on a post? even after changing it on the jnews view plugin/settings.
Issue 3
When the Plugin JNews – View Counter is deactivated, the website crashes ?.......

About WPBakery, We are using the WPBakery plugin’s extended license, and a newer 6.10 version of the plugin has been made available. Since our plugin dashboard downloads the same 6.9 version that is supported with the theme, nothing happened when you updated the plugin in the interim. We’ll update the plugin version in a later update. The WPBakery that comes with our theme is still on version 6.9
Regarding the plugin JNews – View Counter, there are several reasons that might cause the error such as cache or plugin conflict.
To check if there are any cache or plugin conflicts first please disable plugins that are not related to the JNews theme.

What the hell did you do with the theme activation?
It never activated after login to envato account, all the WordPress admin area frozen, doesnt possible to change any page, to to anything in the admin area.
Homepage doesnt load images, it is on permanent loading, never ended.

How do I reuse my License on another domain, the first domain has expired and dropped.?

Regarding theme licenses, You can use 1 regular theme license for 1 site domain and its sub-domain, and if you want to migrate your license, you can install and activate the JNews theme on the new domain and activate the license with the same account, it will automatically disable the license on the other domain.
