MyListing doesn’t have any limits. For maps you can either use mapbox of google maps. You will create an api key with any of those services. Both of them offer a free limit and after that you’re charged, you can view pricing in their websites

By limit I meant limit to be free.

Yes you need an api key from mapbox or google maps to use the map feature. The free limit depends on those services

Hello 27Collective team. I hope you are well. I have a problem… When users search by city and region, the search results look fine, but when they search by country, this doesn’t work. Example: A user searches in; London, all the ads for London appear, but when a user searches for Uk, no ads appear, not even those for London… And I think they should appear, since London is within the UK.

Do you mean with regions taxonomy?

When you created those regions (UK, London etc) you need to link them using the “Parent region” option. When you create London in the “Parent Region” field you should select UK. After that it will work
I did, but it doesn’t work. I believe that the website’s search system finds the ads related to the address entered in the “Location” form that users fill out when they want to post an ad.

If you are searching using the keyword search then only the results that match the keyword will show.
We don’t plan to add support for videos inside galleries.

Another question… Is this theme compatible with LiveChat?... Since I have installed LiveChat in many of my websites and I have not had problems, but I just installed it in my website that has this Theme, but LiveChat does not works!
Here’s how you need to configure region search to work properly.
1. Listing types > edit listing type > search forms > basic form > add the dropdown filter > click on it and select the region field
2. Do the same in the advanced form. Now you can search for a region or sub-region using that filter.
3. Are there any errors showing for LiveCHat?
Ok, it works, but this doesn’t fix it… You have created a “Where to look?” Location filter. It is there where users write the name of the country and this does not coincide with any advertisement. Here I leave you some images:

The location filter is linked with the location field. It’s not related with region taxonomy in any way.
Hi, I would like to allow user to have discussions in each listing, and also rate the listing with start rating. is it possible to have both comments and star rating in each listing? When I add the option for rating, each user may write only one review per listing but I want them to have multiple comments per user.

That depends on the aspect ratio of the cover image that you choose under theme tools > theme options > single listing
I see, we have left on the default of 35%
That means it’s ideal to use cover images that have an aspect ratio of 7/20 (height/width) e.g. 700 * 2000 px

You can use Product Vendors for example, any plugin that works with Woocommerce will also work with MyListing.
Having an issue with the registration form.. if I enable first/last name, the fields are off and can only be back tabbed. The Email text jumps up under First name.

Hello I have a question. I would like to put all listings on a page as a link in an alphabetical list. So not as it looks now in the search screen. Is this possible with a short code or something?

The other option would be to use the “27 > listing feed” widget to display all your listings.
Unfortunately that is not an option because I have 5000 listings. The page does not load when I open it. It should be a list with just the names as links.
Unfortunately we don’t have a solution for that.
Employee (Alternate Account Type) – Admin should be able to add employee through WP admin and have option to disable register as employee in frontend (anyone can register without even being an employee). Customer should not be able to able to change role to employee role without admin permission.
BUG: When user role is employee and admin disables the “Alternate Account Type” toggle, the user role gets changed to ‘NONE’ and user still gets access to dashboard / add listing.
Also, If user role is set to customer, the tabs for dashboard / my listings / promotions should be hidden from frontend view instead of the message ‘You cannot access this page.’
You know in mobile version on the top navigation bar, when they user is not logged in, the user icon is shown. As soon as i log in, the user icon disappears and can then be only found under the burger menu. My question is, is it possible to position the burger menu so it appears in the right corner? Also is it possible to keep the user icon on even when user is logged in? Hope this makes sense!
