I am having non stop issues… now my stockist page has an error code and isn’t showing the map and when my products sell out they no longer say “SOLD OUT” I’ve had to add these in manually to the product name… I will have to extend my support cover because I can’t afford to have these issues constantly without support to go in and fix them.

Hello. You can use the product data by importing the CSV file that we put in the “Sample data” folder. After importing all product images will be imported into your shopify store. For banner, slideshow, icon image data… you have to enter it manually. Themeforst forbids all authors from installing template data and theme packages because of image copyright issues. Thank you

Hello. We don’t put all the sections into one theme package because of redundancy in code (Not good for speed loading and SEO). Of course if you are a shopify dev you can completely delete the redundant code. However, most of our clients don’t have basic knowledge of coding. If you need we will provide custom service for you. Make sure when people click on “Live Preview” the top right buttons “Purchase Theme” takes you back to this page, as its not currently set to anything.
Q – Can you change the fonts? for example when you click on a product and it says select the size, that might be too small for a customer is it possible to maybe increase it? (im new to shopify)

Thanks for that. I love everything your theme has to offer, only the search how you have to type in the word, press enter, normally on themes you would just type it in and it would start searching straight away. Can this be done?

Hello. This is completely customizable. However, the status line only applies to the total quantity of variants of a product. Cannot be applied to each variant separately (e.g. blue, red, purple, yellow…) Thank you
