Hi, I have a question. If I buy the theme I can only use in on 1 domain? So if I have a client and I want to create a website for them with this theme I will not be able to unless I buy the theme again or how does this work?

All themes on themeforest are under the same license which requires one Regular license for each one end product for yourself or for one client (1 license = 1 end product = 1 domain), and installing the theme on different domains will require a license for each domain.
Currently themeforest doesn’t have a multisite license, for more information about themeforest licenses you can check their licenses page:
